I was so nervous to go to the dentist after not taking care of my teeth for years. Everyone was so nice and supportive. Very gentile and efficient work, made me feel like I was really being taken care of.
Dr. Tsialtas and his caring team of professionals Yolanda and Theresa have done the impossible! After avoiding dental visits due to phobia, I recently came to the Clinic to have a broken tooth fixed. They were very patient, sympathetic and listened to my concerns and issues. Their calming confidence and efficiency was so much appreciated that I’ve since been back 3 times and I can actually say I enjoyed the experience!
Dr. Achilles Tsialtas is outstanding! Over my visits, he took the time to walk me through all my questions and concerns. My dental IQ is now substantially higher haha. Really, Dr. Achilles Tsialtas is warm and caring, I couldn't recommend him more for your dental needs.
Best dental clinic by far... wonderful staff.
Having a secretary Natasha being unprofessional, sarcastic, threatening and rude over the phone hounding my friend for 120$ and making threats to him for 120$ when we are in a pandemic. Natasha who talked over my friend on a speakerphone and call was recorded! Said she will be a collection officer to get the 120$ tip she wants. She lacks empathy and understanding is sarcastic. She was laughing on the phone call as well. My friend is willing to pay the amount but no one calls him back for the payment arrangements! But they do harass you and send you 10 emails and 10 phone calls! A dentist who can clearly cut his losses indeed will dig you grave and demand you for 120$ ! Very laughable place and I am glad I am not there as their client! They disrespect their clients and always have a voicemail on! Always!
The complete staff of this clinic are fantastic people.
Dr. Tsialtal don't be surprised if you have less patients. The receptionist not only does not return phone calls for an appointment but she blantly lied to my husband and said she called back and will call back again. Never once she called back. I've been a patient for 5 years and will be taking my business elsewhere where receptionist actually do the job they're paid for.
Ive been coming here for about 5 years. The front desk staff is super friendly Natasha and me and my hygienist June have wicked conversations that make me laugh each and every time, and the dentist Dr. Tsialtas is really friendly and remembers personal affairs between visits a pretty impressive skill considering the amount of patients they have! I never feel rush or pressured, they are not pushy with any “extras” as Ive felt with other dentist practices. They also are really great at making sure you get reminded they will call AND email about a week before to remind you which is really nice since im so disorganized. I would easily recommend this practice and Dr. Tsialtas to friends and family.
Dr. Rawa is the best dentist in Montreal. He fixed a really bad job made by other dentist. The most honest and professional dentist in Montreal. Very happy to have met him and his beautiful team. The girls in the reception are wonderful too. I would put more stars if I could. Highly recommended!!
Went about 3 yrs ago for much needed dental care/extractions.At 71 with fixed/limited income don't need judgement & at the time was treated respectably by both dentist & receptionist.Can't wait to return lol
