McGill Dental Clinic

The first time I went there for a simple checkup, the assistant was really clumsy and made my mouth all bloody. Second time, they did x-rays even before checking my teeth thoroughly. And you get the feeling that they're constantly looking for ways to charge you more for services/ products. They offered to do flossing demonstration, then charged you for that. Problem wasn't fixed in the end.

Ppl work here are cold and inconsiderate! Construction closed its front entrance, so they think that sending an email with a vague explanation would clear them of any responsibilities. After spending more than 20 mins to go around the block in the rain and in the maze of a building(and up the stairs with a stroller) to get into the clinic, the first thing that came out of the front desk's guy's mouth is "I can't guarantee ur appointment coz ur half a hour late" rather than check with the dentist first who was actually available to treat my wife. Bad experience!
