Went in curious by the long line of people waiting to go eat there. It was very busy but might have been the time. Most other brunch places around were just starting to open. The portions are generous. Decent taste. The drip coffe and the cappuccino were very watery. The pancakes were delicious. Very soft and moist in a good way. The seats are not super comfortable. Looks old but has a good vibe.
Absolutely delicious and very kind service! We had a party of 3 and all of us got something different. I had "The Usual" over medium, and a side of their sausage. It was delicious! Didn't realize the eggs from the States were nothing to compare to Canadian eggs. My friend got the Brass Pancakes and they were so good! Soft, not even slight hint of dryness. It was so good! Their hashbrowns are what the States call "Breakfast Potatoes" but they were so crispy and had a wonderful taste. My other friend got the "Flourintine" and the hollandaise sauce was so amazing. We don't usually finish our plates to make sure we don't over eat, but it was so delicious, the plates were practically bare by the end of it all. Vegetarian options: They had about 4 vegetarian dishes that I noticed. I'm not vegetarian, so I didn't look too hard.
We ended up here at La Brasserie for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Got a table right away and servers were friendly. Ordered our food and drinks. They came fast and taste was good. Overall, we had a good dine in experience.Recommended dishesToast, Wings

Went here on a sunny morning for brunch and was dissapointed in the service we recieved, especially considering the location and pricepoint. Our Ham Benny's hollandaise sauce was split, dry, and sour, it seemed like it sat there for a while while waiting for our croque madame to come out. The worst part was the service, where other than greeting us and serving our food, we were not talked to at all. Unable to find our server, we couldn't order the drink we wanted until our meal was over and they failed to check in with us about our meal the whole time. I like the ambience and atmosphere, but the service was so poor. Would not come back again! Sorry
Food and ambience was excellent . Service was nice . Loved the energy. Menu was elaborate. The location of the restaurant was nice . Vegetarian options: Good options were available for vegetarians.
We needed up at La Bradsserie in search of pancake breakfast and despite a bit of line up and wait we were seated on a great heated patio in a crisp fresh Whistler morning of October 1st! Loved the drinks as they had oat milk for latte and cappuccino. Kids’ pancakes were great and the Eggs Benny was just perfect! The service was a bit slow so kids got a bit restless, but it is expected since everywhere businesses are experiencing short staffing throughout the region.
Overall pretty good! We arrived at 9:30am on a Sunday and did not have to wait at all to get seated. Our server was really friendly and patient—she gave good suggestions and was accommodating to our food substitution requests. Our breakfast was simple, tasty and hearty, and was the perfect amount of food to get started for the day! My bacon was nice and crispy, and I thought the panfried potatoes/ hash browns was really yummy too! By the time we finished our meal their line was out the door with a 30-minute wait… we felt very lucky to beat the rush! Definitely will be returning in the future when we visit Whistler!
Great Brunch Spot along the Village stroll Eggs Benny was great, and the servers were helpful. We asked to sit along the side of the stroll and they were happy yo make it happen. Cool architecture and doing in the interior too : Often go here for brunch.
Steak and fries was so good and the ambiance was really niceFood: 5/5
