Favourite department store: amazing sales both in-store and online. Only issue online is no visa debit or prepaid cards accepted. Also when you scroll and click on an item to view and then go backwards you have to rescroll from beginning. Otherwise best promotional emails, the links are always pertinent to things I like. Love the service and return policy.

They sold me a mattress and box spring but didnt deliver it! They got there and said they were behind schedule and left without even asking me if they could just leave it. This is not customer service. I have to sleep on my floor. I contacted the customer service department and they told me to wait. There was no rescheduling or anything done! The agent was completely unsympathetic and his tone was completely disrespectful! SHAME ON THEM! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. YOU JUST LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER!

Please renovate and be more like the downtown Toronto location. I feel like there's never anything new in this place. The men's section needs a major upgrade. Modernization is key.

The problem started in the store one of the employers wanted to sold me the suit that he wanted , after that I bought a well know brand suit and they don't have a garment bag for travelling with my suit, just a plastic bag. It's been more than 1 month since they give me a very poor excuse regarding a problem with the supplier in China. No my problem and I think I paid a lot for just ruining my suit in the first trip without the proper case. No solution at all no contact line in their web page. Poor service

Huge shopping mall. Bit expensive but overall has good selections of items for men, women. Staff attitude varies a lot, some are very attentive while others make every effort to not pay any attention.
