Soodeh is a life saver! It is a very personal and vulnerable type of physio, but she is so kind and able to put me at ease. Such a lovely person, very caring, and great at the work she does! I got nowhere with 8 months of traditional physio for my hip pain. Turns out my pelvic floor muscles were super tight and knotted. After 2 months, twice per week sessions and relaxation, they were not so painful. I've just finished the 35 week strengthening program, and am headed into the next phase. I also have to mention Penny and Erin at the front desk. They are so friendly and helpful.
I worked with Soodeh as part of my postpartum recovery. She was instrumental in healing my pelvic floor and was extremely accommodating of my oftentimes inflexible schedule. I really appreciated her realistic expectations of the recovery process. Highly recommend working with her!
Soodeh has really changed my life. I had been dealing with pelvic pain and muscle tightness for some time, and the feelings that go along with it can really bring a person down. I would absolutely recommend kw pelvic health. I felt so welcomed and reassured on my first visit; everyone there is so friendly and kind. I am so grateful for Soodeh’s hard work. I was taken seriously, I was respected, and I was always glad when I arrived for another appointment. I have learned so much. Dr. Soodeh is very professional and makes you feel at ease. She explains everything as she goes through treatments. My problem has been treated. Thank you Dr. Soodeh. Erin and Penny are also great in reception.
This place is amazing. I’ve worked with Soodeh for a couple months now and the progress I’ve made has been life changing. She is super kind and professional. She has also helped me feel very comfortable during our sessions and is always so understanding. The receptionists Penny & Erin are also very kind and helpful when it comes to bookings, cancellations and payments. Overall I am super happy with my results and the people who work here, everyone is so cheerful and warm. You are definitely in great hands if you choose to come here!
My first appointment had to be rescheduled, as I had a family member pass away and I'm from out of town. There was no way I could attend. I had rebooked, and attended my second session with Soodeh. She did a great job, and took a very thorough and extensive history on me, which was awesome. I attended my third, and had to reschedule my fourth one due to a health issue. This specific health issue causes flareups, which impede my ability to walk and/or drive. I was seeking therapy to assist in this health issue. That night, I received a phone call from my therapist, yelling at me. Being EXTREMELY unprofessional, and threatening me that I better not cancel again and that she has a long list of clients waiting for spots. I've never been spoken to like this before from a therapist. Needless to say, after that, I cancelled all other appointments and never went back. I freed up some spots for other clients for her. When she realized I did this, she called and left a voice mail begging and pleading for me to come back. After this 5 minute long voice-mail came to a close, she essentially gave me permission to go elsewhere if I really felt like I needed to. Talk about mixed signals! All I can say, is if you plan on attending therapy sessions here, do NOT let a death of a loved one or an illness stop you from going. This is unacceptable. We pay good money for therapy, shouldn't therapists be a little more understanding with unforeseen circumstances?
I have been working with Soodeh for postpartum recovery and have been super surprised at how much pelvic floor therapy has helped. I hadn't realized that even before pregnancy, I had near-constant back and hip pain. Now, I have more pain-free days than not, and making improvements every week. As a bonus, I no longer have menstrual pain, even though I still had pain after childbirth. I am sleeping better too, now that I no longer have such constant back pain. The clinic staff Hi Penny! is also wonderful, and they provide little niceties like automatic billing, text message reminders, and back in the days before Covid drinks and chocolates while you wait. They are working on getting a bike rack too, so great!
I worked with Soodeh and she is very professional and very knowledgeable about pelvic health. Thanks to her help and dedication I recovered from some postpartum related pelvic issues. I would recommend Soodeh to everyone.
