Fantastic customer service! The ladies are so welcoming and make you feel really comfortable. I received both treatments with Elizabeth at Kitchener location. She is very knowledgeable and explains each treatment, detail by detail. They do not try to oversell their products, but just give their opinion.  I have had two treatments and loved the effects. I love this clinic! The entire staff team is so kind and welcoming. I went in for my first ever botox treatment and was nervous that I might feel some pressure to do more than I wanted to. I love how I look and just wanted to ease some tension in my forehead. The consultation went so well and I actually felt more beautiful than ever before I even received a treatment. If the rating was solely based on my wonderful nurse injector, I would give them a 5/5. I highly recommend nurse Elizabeth; she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and talented at what she does. As someone that works in the medical industry, I can can truly say she is a phenomenal nurse and talented injector. I never feel any discomfort and always love my results! The reason I am giving a 4/5 is because this is the second time I have went into the clinic in which one of their representatives have provided a quote over the phone, but in person, I am quoted much higher. I understand that there might be a communication error but this is the second time this has happened. I book an appointment, schedule in my time with the idea that I am going off of one quote, but am provided another. I recommend having them place the quote on your file when speaking with anyone over the phone.

I’ve been considering Botox for awhile to lessen wrinkle lines on my forehead. This was first ever experience. Staff at Skin Vitality were professional, super friendly and explained everything I needed to know. The nurse who completed the procedure made me feel relaxed and at ease. Had a wonderful time at skin vitality. Have had injections in the past however have never had them pain free. Clinician was extremely gentle, knowledgeable and patient. From the moment I entered the clinic, I was met with friendly and professional staff. They were kind and informative. The staff answered my questions honestly and provided me with information promptly. Elizabeth was my nurse injector. She explained everything relating to the treatments I was having. She prepared me by speaking calmly and quietly. She reassured me constantly as she was injecting the sites. Elizabeth also offered post care instructions. She made me feel at ease. STAY AWAY! Such a con artist Company. They charged my Wife's Visa for a service she never did nor signed anything that she was going to go through with it. After further research, she simply decided well before the Scheduled Appointment to not to have it done. They want the Payment upfront? A mistake which my Wife admits to making regretfully. Nothing was signed, no service was done. No INVOICE was ever issued. Refund should be simple. They still haven't issued a Refund and ducking her calls/emails every time. No way they have a 4.9 Star rating. Definitely paid for ratings and fake. Common in Big Corporate business to look perfect. Stay AWAY and NEVER pay anything Upfront!

I have been to Skin Vitality for Botox injections in the past, and recently had a virtual consultation to receive one of their amazing promos! The virtual consult was quick, confidential, and made me feel excited for my upcoming treatments!
