I suffered from Vertigo badly & was on medication for 16 years before i found out about VOR Physiotherapy from a co—volunteer back in 2017. Natasha was able to “fix” my vertigo and within 4 months i was off my meds & feeling better than i had for years! I would highly recommend any of the physiotherapists at VOR. They are all very supportive, eager to help, professional and comforting. I return every now & again if/when my dizziness flares up. Thank you to all therapists & staff but especially Natasha. You are great!
Excellent. From first coming into the clinic to leaving. Treatment was explained in depth and positive results occurred within the next few days. I no longer have any symptoms of vertigo. Thank you for an excellent overall experience.
My review comes late but I want to thank Prashant for getting rid of my vertigo for me 3 years ago. I’m so grateful for his expertise and knowledge. I have never had any problems since. Thank you again Prashant.

I experienced vertigo for the first time in my life in Feb 2022 and I didn't know where to turn. A neurologist who is a friend of my sister suggested going to see Matt at VOR. I didn't even know there was such a thing as vestibular physiotherapy until this option was presented to me. I sent some initial questions to VOR and they passed them along to Matt who responded outside of office hours to help me understand what he did and how he could help. My husband accompanies me to the visits because initially I was not feeling 'connected' enough to drive. I also needed someone to scribe what was being said because I felt a bit of brain fog and didn't trust myself to remember everything that was said and done at the appointments. Matt has welcomed my husband into the appointments each and every time. He understands the importance of having my husband there so that he can be part of the team in this wellness journey. At the first visit, Matt did a variety of tests, including goggle tests and was able to determine several issues going on with my vestibular system. He started me on a regime of exercises that progressed in speed and difficulty over time. I can't say exactly when it happened - but eventually I realized I wasn't feeling the disconnectedness between my head and body quite so much. I was starting to actually feel the rewards of the exercises. I have been working with Matt for about 3.5 months and the change in my abilities and confidence is astounding to me. He is extremely thorough. He LISTENS the first thing he does is ask me what has been going well and what concerns I have at each visit. He EXPLAINS what he is finding and doing. He CARES about my improvement. He is definitely a KEY CONTRIBUTOR to my WELLNESS TEAM! I am so grateful that I found this office and Matt. The vestibular physio has changed my life - and that is not an exaggeration. I felt like the rug had been ripped from under my feet when the vertigo and subsequent symptoms began. Matt has given me renewed physical and vestibular strength as well as confidence that I can participate fully in life again! I wish I had found him sooner! I highly recommend Matt and members of his team at VOR if you have vestibular issues. They have a strong team of professionals who know their stuff! I also want to mention that the front office staff are lovely. The whole environment is professional and welcoming. Thank you Matt and VOR for taking care of me!
I suffered from vertigo for many years. My symtoms eased when I retired but I still got dizzy whenever I got up out of a lying down position. A stranger told me about VOR and how she was much better after a few physio treatments so i thought I would give it a try. After 3 appointments with Matthew I could get out of bed without being dizzy. I could get out of the hairdresser's shampoo chair and the dentist's chair without being dizzy. Whenever I find out that someone has vertigo I mention VOR to them. A few simply treatments can do a world of good. Thank you so much Matthew. Donna Cousineau
VOR has been treating my Mum for various health related issues for a few months. The treatments she has received have been incredibly helpful. Every staff we have interacted with including the front desk have been professional, kind and caring. We will continue on with treatments for my mum because she feels safe & respected. Most importantly, VOR is willing to work with my mums changing needs and comfort levels and they truly care about her well being. There is a high level of knowledge and insight from the staff in their specific areas or expertise. I highly recommend any of the clinicians at VOR. We have worked specifically with Gaetanne, Mathew, Danielle and Betty …. All have been amazing. Take your pick, you won’t regret it.
Last year I experienced vertigo, no one it seemed could help me until I heard of VOR. I got immediate help from Danielle Mazur who resolved my issue in a couple of sessions. She was very competent, professional and friendly. She continued to help me with balance issues providing strategies to help this senior. Happy to recommend this very professional organization.
