I am not sure how they have high rating. The place is Very dirty and unhygienic, non professional, no technique for massage. Infact they don't even know the meaning of massage. JUST WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. Students beware: they are just money grab and just encourage you to go there again and again. Very bad experience, never going there again.
I agree with CQ Piett, completely. In my opinion, a sub-standard provider. Secondary staff may not be top of the line, but are pleasant. Push chiropractics, rather than physio. Physio is not their forte and it shows. Glad I went to a five star physio clinic in Cambridge right after my MVA. My insurance lawyer changed me to here and I'm wondering if there is a connection. Provider seems quite disinterested with my case and that's not good. Progress is diminishing and I'm just too tired to fight any more. 3 stars at best. Nov. 26,21 Customer service from HO was top of the line. Well done. Awaiting next steps. Looking forward to a closing post after corrective action is taken.
A very dirty and cluttered place. I contemplated leaving after only a few minutes there. Looks very unprofessional. I understand it’s a small business and students go there for cheap massage, but please work on the cleanliness and overall look inside of the place. Not coming back even though the prices are good.
Today marks the final day of my physio treatment plan and I must say the team over at Activa - Kitchener has been phenomenal in getting me back to normal after a nasty car accident. From Pam at the front desk to Leila and the Doctors, this team does a fantastic job taking care of their clients. Very very satisfied with my time at Activa!
My son was in a motorcycle accident. As a result he has been going to the clinic for physio and chiropractor. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's always clean inside. They offer a wide variety of helpful services. It's a pleasure going to see them.
Dr. Prashant is great to work with. He helped me after a car accident injury and I am almost back to 100%. He is very calm and professional. The receptionist, Pam is also wonderful! She helped me so much with questions and booking appointments not only for physio but for other things as well. She has a lot of knowledge and is also very professional. I highly recommend Activa on Highland in Kitchener.
I have had the absolute best experience here from the friendly staff, receptionist , assistants and physiotherapists. Personal service and effective treatment . I have never had such amazing results and been so happy . I actually look forward to coming in eachtime. My physio therapist is knowledgeable friendly and caring. Here your not a number. Your treatment is always re-evaluated and he cares how ur feeling and your progress .
Im currently going to Activa clinics twice a week to treat my severely sprained ankle. So far, I think its great. My doctor is amazing and makes me feel comfortable, he seems very knowledgable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, free wifi is also a plus! The only thing I can say is that sometimes they are too busy and my appointment feels a little rushed.
Incredibly dirty. It is clear they do not vacuum the floors every day, in winter it should be done more often than it is. They also did not properly clean the beds or counters in the room. They were very disorganized for the 3 appointments I attended, booking me an unnecesarry visit with a chiro when I needed physio. They pushed a lawyer on me and were making recommendations before even knowing what happened. I was not impressed and went elsewhere.
I had a great experience at Activa Kitchener! The staff was full of knowledge and experience and they have such passion in helping their patients achieve a pain-free status. They are very helpful in accommodating appointments and even let you just walk in for a treatment in time of need. The clinic has recently moved to a bigger location and the clinic looks amazing with new machines, furniture, equipments, more gym space! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, or orthotics. They even offer weight loss, smoking cessation and overall health and nutrition to make you feel great! This is one of the best clinics that I have ever gone too!
