Came for a quick bite to eat 1.5hr before closing.. ordered fried rice and two items, one of which was a deep fried fish. I don’t expect my food to be hot because it’s just on the warmer… but fried fish to be cold? We went back to talk to them and the servers said it’s not possible for it to be cold… proceeded to offer to microwave for us. If it’s not cold, why are you offering to microwave? They ended up giving us three small pieces of soy chicken and said that’s all they’re able to do.. Don’t even bother with this place - you would have better luck anywhere else.

I went today to get a meal with two sides. I asked them to do half and half with the two different noodles. I also asked for half the noodles in a box with veggies and the other noodles in another box with tofu. I hoped to eat half and have the other half for work. The young lady was kind and ready to accommodate me until a much older grummpy woman grabbed the box from her. The older lady shouted at me that they don't do this and wanted me to pay for two separate orders. I understand you have policies but the young girl was willing to accommodate. This women just stepped in and started yelling about it. I would have been willing to pay an extra $0.50 for the box but left cuz she was so rude. They already had put items in the one box before I walked away so basically for a $0.50 box they were stuck with $10 food they couldn't put back. Also they lost a customer that goes at least every two weeks as when I was upset I found an even better place to go to in the food court. The food was made fresh as theirs often sits there for some time.
The food was cold, and required to reheat. But I vomitted when I came back home. I think the food is bad. The phone number is disconnected when I was trying to report this food safety issue.Hope the owner can review this comment. I left this comment is not for the complaint. Just wanna the owner or supervisor know don't sale the bad food. It's not about the money and quality. It is all about the health issue.
This used to be my fave place before the whole food court renovated how long ago was that and they're really stingy with the meat they give-- the taste is very mediocre too. I just wanted to try it one last time and so yes regret lol Goodbye sweet old memories.
A few years ago I came here and it was some of the best mall Chinese I’ve had. Tonight it was terrible. The server was nice enough, split rice and noodles for me but the rice was dry and tasteless and there was something really hard in it. Noodles were mostly the veggie bits. Veggies barely gave me any broccoli and every piece of the “chicken”? was rubbery, odd textured and chewy. The coating was alright but the actual chicken was not good. I wouldn’t go back here with the other really good places in the food court. UPDATE: April 2023 returned. Ordered rice and two different "chicken" sides. Every bite of the chicken had a really nasty texture to it. I don't know if it's not actually chicken or if it's just the absolute cheapest they could get. But I've never been able to get chicken to be this rubbery and full of nastiness at home. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Food was lukewarm, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Meat chicken and beef hard and chewy. I should have read the reviews before buying from here. Not recommended.
This is food court Chinese food. You really have to select carefully because some dishes will be greasy and horrible others will hit the spot. The staff can be both helpful or seem rude. It is high volume so during the lunch rush don't expect a lot of chit chat. In general the veg dishes are pretty oily. The meat dishes simmer for awhile and can get overcooked. Right at opening or thirty minutes into lunch is the best time to go even with the lines because they time therr cooking for around then. Parking is available from the mall with the rooftop being the closest. Transit is accessible from the roof top parking in the mall or a brief walk from any of the other lots. Bus stops and the Canada line are all close for transit options.
Should have read reviews. Was garbage. Ordered spicy chicken which had no spice and was rubber. Sweet and sour pork was equally garbage. No taste. Got sick from their food Avoid!!!!
Food has weird textures and no flavors, I ordered sesame chicken and it doesnt even have sesame, slow and poor service
