Legit one of the best fried chicken joint in town. It was so well seasoned and the batter was crisp with a good hint of black pepper. Very juicy and moisture. Price is reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Also the location was great because I was able to take my chicken to the docks and enjoyed it there with the view. I was kinda getting sick of only eating fish and chips, this place is a great change of pace.
All meals are made-to-order, not recommended if you are in a hurry. Fried chicken is very juicy, but the size is small compared to other fried chicken restaurants.
Filipino fried chicken ftw!! I bought win win chicken throughout the pandemic and they were always tasty & the portions were HUGE. Got nice seasonings and tasted home made because you taste the love and the freshness from the food. Always gonna support y’all!!
Ordered take-out on April 30. We had the 10 piece with french fries. Overall, chicken was very good. Had very good crunch and the meat was moist. It was delicious. We ordered regular and thought the chicken was well seasoned. A couple areas were overly salted, but it did not take away from the overall experience. Pieces were of good size, especially the thighs. The french fries were good, though they were surprisingly cold by the time we came home, which was roughly 25 minutes. I did find their choice of sides on their menu limited. Would have been good to have a little more variety, instead of the different types of potato offerings or the sweet macaroni. Overall, the chicken was very good and would go back. Note, I have had take-out at their South Vancouver location and thought the chicken there was good as well.
Top tier fried chicken. I had two piece and Mac salad, husband had the sandwich and said it was the best of his life. I live 40 min away and would come here just for this fried chicken.
Below-mid chicken. For $25 for 8 pieces I expected a lot better especially in terms of color. The chicken is unusually dark but it does not make it any crunchier or juicer than its competitors. If you got the money and no other options close by, I guess you could buy from here.
Great little take out fried chicken spot. There's something kinda "homey" about their recipes that just work well. It's not the best I've had, but still a very enjoyable place. Each time I'm in Steveston I debate whether to stop by to pick up some chicken to take home. Pretty sure it's made to order, was hot/juicy/crispy.
Very disappointing, picked up a 20 piece of chicken yesterday. When I got home the chicken was greasy and it smelt/tasted as if it was fried in OLD OIL. Considering it's pricey the standard was below average. The ube cakes on the other hand were very good Would not recommend the chicken.
I oftenly visit to this shop. This is clean and beautiful shop in Stevston. Their chicken is amazing, crispy and juicy… their macaroni is just wow . I love their ube cake too…. Price is very fair and customer service is great. Staff working there is very kind and polite.
Win Win is everything KFC should be but isn’t. Moist, tender chicken, seasoned to perfection in their own blend of herbs and spices. Not the crispy, crunchy skin you’d get at Church’s or LA Chicken if that’s your thing, but a worthy option in its own right. Prince Poo would probably go more often if it was just a little less pricey... especially the chicken sandwich.
