We take a non-invasive and conservative approach to all musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on the wellness and flexibility of the spine and core musculature. We continually strive to educate our patients with an open dialogue about health and wellness and how it can fit into your lifestyle.

The receptionist, Jazlyn is extremely rude and if she doesn't get her way will try to talk over you. I had three massage therapy sessions in total and after the first session made an appointment for my wife. My wife missed her first appointment and she had agreed with Jazlyn to pay a $25 cancellation fee. I went in for my last session with this business, and one minute before my session, Jazlyn insisted that I pay my wife's cancellation fee. I initially told her no and to work it out with my wife. She then insisted that I pay and said forcefully “pay the cancellation fee” and shoved the payment machine at me. I then paid but was so taken back that I cancelled all subsequent sessions and my wife did the same. The whole matter could have been handled quite differently. My wife would have paid the cancellation fee three weeks later when her appointment was scheduled. The receptionist should have asked in advance before my appointment to forewarn me that she would demand payment from me. I felt like I was being treated like a deadbeat, all for $25? I had already promptly paid for all of my sessions. The business is restricting all insurance related massages to once per month, which isn't ideal. The chiropractor Koh isn't accepting new patients due to health concerns and the other doctor, Choi isn't available for a month and a half. I could not even make an appointment with Dr. Choi. Also, the massage therapist, Cao doesn't appear to understand English, and will do the massage with little regard to the problem areas. I noted where the issues were on a questionnaire and also told her but she still went with a general massage. The receptionist appears to have a way to slide it through insurance with no real record or treatment history, I can see why Jazlyn is so valuable to the business if that's what is happening.
I am so grateful to Dr. Koh and the staff here! Dr. Koh incorporates massage into her chiropractic care for my chronic back pain from excessive time at my computer ‍ No one anywhere ever has hit the spot on my back relieving the pain, with the level of pressure she gives so efficiently. I’m out in less than 20 minutes. You will feel she’s torturing you the first time but it’s absolutely worth it to keep going. The massages here are great too. Very relaxing in a calm environment on a warm table, comfortable face donut pillow. I have really sensitive skin and haven’t had issues with their products. All the front desk staff are very friendly too. They are being really kind and patient with me while I’m figuring out my insurance coverage with cobra.
Okay where to start... I suggest you start by making an appointment and get checked with Dr. Koh. All the pains you have gone through without even knowing you had those pains will be addressed. The next best thing is that those pains will be relieved. Dont get me wrong, you do have to commit to go to those apppointments and perservere through the treatment but the prize you get for what you put in is too great to give up. Dont even bother to ask youraelf if you should go or not. Start with an action and leave everything up to Dr. Koh to take care of you. My treatment indeed is not a magic. I feel and see all the hardwork goes in and my bad habits are revealed, treated and refrain from getting into those bad habits which ruins my body. I would give 10 stars if I had the option.
I came here for a recommendation due to me being a car accident. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the atmosphere. Everyone was really nice, and was religious on giving me great patient care. Dr. Choi was my main chiropractor who I appreciated his expertise, professionalism, s well as being thorough in how to treat his patients. Never sensed any animosity while being treated, and always felt the sense of compassion. I always enjoyed going there, especially when I always felt welcomed and treated kindly even from the front desk who would remember me by name. Loved that. I will be coming back as a regular as well since I enjoyed it so much, and was happy with the results, it even helped with my pre-existing back problems, too.
I went to Kore for a massage. The massage, staff and location were great, but there was too much fragrance in the room. 2 days later, my mask from that day still smells like the room as well as the clothes that I was wearing. My skin smelled the same even after the shower. I'm not sure whether the smell is from an essential oil difuser, the sheets, or the massage oil, but it's not acceptable for a medical facility anyway. I'll go back and will give 5 stars if this issue gets resolved.
Thank you so much Dr Koh. I have been hurting on my both shoulders & elbows over 6 months. I just started care with Dr.Koh at KORE Chiropractic two weeks ago. I am so glad to find right person and even 2 weeks i felt so much better i know it will be done soon that because she is the first one making a progress . I highly recommend Kore Chiropractic Dr.Koh!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Choi is very thorough and kind. Very well aware of chief complaints and careful. Definitely recommend this place and the doctors! Best chiro office I’ve ever been to.
I could not put my socks on by myself for few weeks. But after two visits.. now I can .. This is very different from western chiropractor. Very much Asian style. I seen similar in Japan. Well… it is painful when Dr Koh is correcting my body. Every time I want to scream.. I did not want to go back after first session.. but it is worth it. At least for me. Also key is doing routine stretches they ask you to do.. my case with form roller.. I realized that it is not about them. They can “help” or “temporarily” fix your your problem, but it is up to me to change my habit and continue the stretch after the treatment.
This is the best place than any massages or muscle treatment I’ve ever been including Thai massages in actual Thailand! Ms. Koh in the clinic is super knowledgeable about all the muscles that causes pain in your body and exactly know how to ease them. Highly recommended.
Really friendly staff and excellent care. They do an excellent job of explaining things to you and take the time to really understand your personal case. Definitely recommended.. Also, you get this free mug for first visit! haha :
