I don’t usually leave reviews, but will definitely recommend this clinic! This is such a well- organizes center and everyone knows their role well. First, the ladies at the reception desk were so friendly, welcoming and efficient. And I've had a great experience with my physiotherapist, Brandon Sum since this June. He was exceptionally performed on where I was feeling pains involved with injury from work. Each time he asks me about my condition and focuses on the problem. He assesses my pain spots carefully and checks even though it hurts during the treatment. He is good at treating my injury pains with kindness. As well as he took his time on those areas. Great balance of relaxation and toughness. He is so kind that I felt comfortable during the treatment. Also Brandon is really professional and has great knowledge. I get his various exercise tips from him, and he teaches me the exercise techniques I need. So he is a great adviser. To sum up, they are so professional, kind and patient, so I highly recommend this center.
Always have a great experience here! The staff are very friendly and helpful and my physiotherapist, Brandon, was amazing. Extremely kind and professional, he helped me through a tedious back injury and it healed much faster than expected. I highly recommend going to Brandon for any treatment.
I've had shoulder pain for most of my life due to sports and I never thought it would go away. After several sessions with Brandon Sum, my shoulder is now completely pain free! I knew he was great when I saw results right after the first session. Definitely would recommend for sport related injuries.
Ive been going to this clinic for almost 3 years. From a simple work injury, to on going treatment from recovering from a motor vehicle accident. Jenny help me greatly even through the pandemic via clinic’s version online video call. She taught me alot of exercises and my most favourite, introducing me to ims needling. Truly appreciate and grateful for her skills and time.
I have been going to Oakridge physio since 2020 due to a work injury. I highly recommend going to Jenny Kim she's very knowledgeable and provided me exercises/ a program to follow to rehabilitate myself. She's also very professional and kind
I can't say enough about this clinic. I have been working with Brandon Sum since June 2022 and its been amazing. Not only he helped me to get better after I got injured at work but also taught me various exercises I needed to work on my overall health. Apart from this, he is very knowledgeable and kind.
Saw Wensley and hardly any expertise here. Came in and was given no advice other than lasering for 20 minutes. No other advice was given, very disappointed after reading the reviews. Only time that I was given advice was when I initiated questions and not much help for as provided from there. Was told to come back in a week, seems like a money scam
I have been attending Oakridge Physio since 2005 for various injuries and have always felt very supported in my recovery. All the therapists I’ve worked with have been very professional, diligent and caring at every session. I am currently working with Leigh Parkinson and have seen great results in my recovery and always feel encouraged with my progress. I highly recommend Oakridge Physio to anyone who’s looking for holistic care and a positive supportive team.
Steve Mah is the absolute best physiotherapist in the world! He knew exactly what needed to be done to heal my back pain. With his treatment and the great work with Adrianna I was able to recover. I always recommend Oakridge physiotherapy clinic and there is always 100% improvement for everyone that attends! They are magic!
Madelyn Paterson is THE BEST Physiotherapist EVER!!! She is helping me recover from my motorcycle accident. Madelyn gives hands-on treatment which is way better than other therapists I've had in the past who just hook you up to a machine and leave you unattended. She is really professional, experienced, skilled and knowledgeable; and she takes the time to patiently and thoroughly explain the "whys" to any of my questions I may have. You can see she remembers well what she's learned in school and in her career as she is able to apply a multitude of tactical treatments, including IMS, to aid in my recovery. I love her down-to-earth, positive, and non-judging outlook cause it helps me to stay positive and hopeful too. Additionally, she is sweet, caring, kind and personable. I always look forward to sessions with her as I find I am in good hands and am well taken care of ... and I always leave the clinic feeling better! She will also send emails of exercises with pictures / animation that I can do at home. I highly recommend her to all my friends and associates ... and so if you are looking for an exceptional and amazing therapist, I highly recommend her to YOU also! Madelyn can be your game changer to a better and healthier you!!!
