If I could rate more stars I would! I immediately felt safe when I first met Charles. He is super caring, calm and knows exactly what he’s doing. He followed up with me to make sure i was okay in between appointments and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Would 10/10 recommend.
I had my first physio assessment appointment with mike wall and he provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, professional and very nice! I would highly recommend him! He provided me with a number of excercises to try at home to improve my mobility and range of motion
My experience at Main Street Physio went exceptionally well. I had Tony as my practitioner and he was not only kind and caring but also knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with me in a very thorough way that made things easier for me to understand the problem. He taught me some basic exercises to help with my upper back pain which proved to be incredibly useful. I left the appointment happy with the outcome. Not only that but the staff there were so accommodating and friendly too. I was able to get a spot rather quickly from a phone call the day before . I would definitely come back here again and I recommend Tony to anyone trying to find a great physiotherapist ! :
I have been going to this clinic for almost a year now for a work-related injury, compounded by a separate vehicular accident and they have helped me in every step of my recovery. After dealing with all the admin stuff needed of me, they pretty much took over coordinating with both WorkSafe BC, and ICBC. I didn't have to worry about anything. They have time and again, advocated for me and my case. Tony C. has been my main physiotherapist and he's great. He's very collaborative and I have seen my journey to recovery as more of a partnership, than a one-way thing. His approach is very holistic and I very much appreciate everything he's been doing to help me. I really think that great healthcare professionals have a good understanding of continuity of care. All in all, I have worked with 4 of the physiotherapists in the clinic. There have been times when Tony was unavailable and I was seen by Jasmine. I can say that my case was endorsed well, and it seemed like there has been no interruption in my therapy sessions. I was also seen by Mike and Jon for dry needling sessions. As the therapy itself can be quite uncomfortable at times, they were amazing at helping me understand what it's for, and what to expect. They were also great at distracting me and reassuring me every session. I wouldn't say I enjoy it, but I have seen the benefits of the needling, that I have been coming regularly. I have moved around the city several times, but I chose to stay at this clinic because they know how to treat their clients well. I highly recommend this clinic! PS: Shout out to Anne, the clinic manager, and Alyssa and Selena at the front desk! Booking appointments with them has been such a breeze!
Charles To is the best physio I've ever had. I've seen him for 4 different injuries and each time he's set me straight after a single session. This guy rocks.
I've been seeing Charles for nearly 2 years now for a chronic back injury bulging discs, and he has been fantastic. I've seen A LOT of physiotherapists re: the injury over the past few years, and he is 1 of only 2 that has actually helped me progress and get stronger. Honestly heartbroken that I'm moving and need to find a new physio. Would 100% recommend this clinic.
I have been seeing Aart over the last 5 years and have always had a great experience. My injuries are dealt with effectively and are observed until I am back to 100%. Would recommend to anyone with nagging injuries, especially those related to sports.
My first appointment. Very impressed! Charles was extremely professional and respectful and very thorough. I appreciated the detailed approach to locating the source of the pain and look forward to further sessions.
Our family has been going to Main Street Physio for over 10 years. They have a great team of knowledgeable, experienced, caring practitioners. From the front end to the back end, they provide excellent service. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Fantastic staff. Such a great place, my physiotherapist has been Art, as I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck/back. He is extremely knowledgeable, and such a great person to see. My wife has now begun to go to here as well, and is loving it. Highly recommend it!
