The doctor and therapists are very professional. But one of reception lady with dark long hair and glasses wasn’t patient at all. This is the second time I encounter her. After I said no to two available spots she brought out to me, she became very inpatient without even asking me which specific day I’m looking for. Her tone of voice and look really made me uncomfortable. I hope she is just temporary there. She could ruined the business. I believe I’m not the only one to have this feeling.

I have a huge week a work and hurt my back yesterday! : Today I had an amazing experience at Fraser Chiropractic, Dr. Randy Zindler Jr is such an incredible chiropractor, he diagnosed my back and had me corrected in one appointment! I am already feeling in sync again and the pain in my back is gone!! Your a saviour, Thank you so much Randy! Highly recommended!!

Good clinic. I used to go here for chiro and massage. Dr. Durabi and Stephanie RMT are both very good. Both are skilled and good at what they do. Unfortunately, I have moved further out I no longer can drive out to this clinic. The reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 is because even though I liked being treated by DR Durabi and Stephanie, I hardly ever felt welcomed by the receptionist. The front staff are not very friendly or warm. I noticed they often seem annoyed with patients and each other. It creates unfriendly environment. I think there is abit of drama in the clinic between all the employees and it's obvious by their interactions with each other. I would advise against seeing One particular RMT Sarala.. I once booked with her because Stephanie my regular girl was booked up and I needed my shoulder fixed. Needless to say it was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience I have ever had. I left never wanting to book with her again. She was very unprofessional, talking badly of her coworkers the entire time and just kept talking non stop the entire time. The worse part was when I told her that I didn't want to take off my pants and she pulled them off. I was shocked and embarrassed. I avoided her since then .

I have been going to see Katie for massage therapy. Every time I leave I feel better, fantastic service from all staff 10/10 would recommend. I look forward to every appointment
