Kootenai Urgent Care

The boy who sits at the front desk was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient at his job. I got in very quickly and the staff behind the counter was also exceptional. The gal helping the doctor was great and so was the doctor. The x-ray technician was even amazing. He was very efficient and explained to me what he was doing the entire time. I had a copay and they billed my insurance. Even if my insurance doesn't pay a dime I could still afford the visit out-of-pocket. Thank you so much.

The staff at this location are AMAZING! The receptionist, Renee, was kind and caring when we called as well as when we arrived. Dr. Givens was just as spectacular, if not more so. He listened to our issues and spent time to make some phone calls for us when he could have sent us on our way. I would recommend this office for all of your medical needs.

Came home from a long road trip with a nasty cold, really nasty. Current doctor unavailable, so rather than tie up the hospital emergency room elected to use Kootenai Urgent care. Everyone very professional and courteous. Doctor as well. Felt very comfortable being there. Bob Boyd

I am just absolutely blown away with how awesome the staff was, from the nurses to the doctors 5 stars all around. The doctor was very thorough and answered any questions I had.

Yes... I like their candidness! Keep up that persona in the office amongst the staff forwarding it to the patients. It will be a place that will receive a feeling satisfaction and contentment.
