Went in for the official "I'm 50" procedure. Doctor and entire staff were very nice and extremely professional. The one gripe I had was my prep instructions did not arrive in the mail when promised. I had to call and have them emailed to me two days before the procedure. However, they did arrive in the mail the day after.

Worst experience of my life. Get a referral to a Spokane gastro. I was getting sick every time I ate anything unhealthy or processed. Rather than suggesting elimination diet they hand out prescriptions and do not test for food allergies. Had to eliminate everything myself and went back to request two allergy tests which both came back positive. They truly do not understand their own specialty and do not want to help. Nor do they know how to properly perform their tests and make you pay for them anyways after they admit they did it wrong. The drive is worth it if you would like any kind of help.

Dunno why there are negative reviews. These people have helped me a ton throughout the years.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have ulcerative colitis and when I'm having a flair, I can't get in to see anyone for 3 months. They prescribe you drugs that either have horrible side effects or cost thousands of dollars. They do not follow up with you at all, so be prepared to play a receptionist role because getting them to call you back is like pulling teeth. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Had a procedure almost 2 weeks ago, called 3 times to get results and had to leave messages that have not yet been returned- even with days between the calls. I have been living with the painful and awful symptoms in the meantime. I am going to have to go to the office on my next day off. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
