This is my first time ordering from Kitchen Jukebox. I’ve been looking for Tinker Dust edible glitter. Many Canadian websites have it, but they are quite pricey. Here it was on sale! Every other website who had it, always had the reg. price. I ordered 8 of them and shipped here extremely fast. I’ll be definitely ordering more. Thank you
I placed my first order, super excited because I finally found the Lorann flavors at the right price. When I received my order it was wrong, not just a little, I got 4 packs of sprinkles when I ordered flavors. They were not able to return the wrong product or refund me the money. And then tried to SELL me the product I originally ordered with no discount, and at a higher shipping rate than I already paid. When I refused to pay shipping, they said they would add it my cart and when I spent $75 I'd get my free shipping. I am running a business myself and this is not how I would ever handle an issue with my own customers. So I will not be returning.
I don't know how I came across this store but boy am I ever so glad I did. They have an awesome website and carry so many products to satisfy every bakers dream! For a small business owner like me, I find it a waste to buy in bulk off of other sites but theirs offers individual units which is great. I managed to place my order online and it was ready to pick up within a day. They were even nice enough to hold onto my order for a couple of weeks since I live in a different province. The lady at the store was probably the kindest person I have ever met in Montréal! It is service like this that makes you truly want to keep supporting their business. This will definitely be my go to place for everything I need for my little business!
So happy to have come across this amazing store!! Was looking for colour mill food colouring and to ship from Australia was so expensive. This place has that and so much more! It was also delivered within less than a week of ordering which was amazing! Definitely going to be ordering from here again!
I am so glad I found this online store! I did a search for some specific stencils I needed for a project and this incredible online store came up. Not only did I receive my order very quickly but I saw that I had a hand written note on my invoice thanking me for my purchase. Their prices are great and quite a selection of products, my only regret is not purchasing more. I highly recommend Kitchen Jukebox Online Store.
Kitchen Jukebox never disappoints. They have such a wide variety of products at affordable prices for a business owner such as myself. I have tried other stores, but Kitchen Jukebox is the best!
I’ve been looking at Sweet Stamp lettering kits for a while, but was hesitant to pull the trigger on ordering because they’re quite expensive. I found it here for significantly less than all the other sites, and received it within 4 days of ordering, even with free shipping! There was a lovely handwritten note on the invoice thanking me for my purchase too. Great service, and I’ve already got this site saved on my homescreen for easy shopping.

I could not say enough about Tamara, her knowledge and the stock that she has at the store. The customer service is personalized. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need and that you have it in time. And I could even use her expertise to help me with some suggestions. I had a few questions about how I should go about an order and she was fabulous! Best experience by far. Great to know that I don't have to order everything from the US myself and that she may have it in stock already
