Worst service ever! Purchased a swing. Not only was it missing a piece, but also had an incorrectly manufactured piece that needed replacing. Was under warranty. Spoke with a "person" one time, then was always told person was not available. Got the run around. Sent faxes, emails, left voice messages, no response ever! This is the worst "company" I've ever done business with. Feel like it's a scam!
