The staff they’re our awesome very friendly helpful as well as the veterinary and by far the most reasonably priced place, I think they may be my regular place to take my dog, I live in the west end of Kingston but is worth the drive.
Dr Chute and her staff made us at real ease when it was time to euthanized our Willow. It was tough for us and even for the staff. Thank you very much for making Willow comfortable for her last moments
We have had our dog Charlie operated on 3 times here. His right CCL was done in May and his left was just done and then had to be re-done as the dog re-injured it during his recovery. The staff here have been excellent at every point. They did what was needed and took wonderful care of him. Even though his only times here have been for surgery our normal vet does not do surgery, Charlie is happy to go in and does not seem nervous at all so obviously they have done a great job with him while he's been there. Thanks to the team for the fantastic service!
We have been taking our dog to this clinic for over a decade and would highly recommend it. Dr. Llera is extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. He did an excellent job performing surgery on our large dog. We have been very pleased with the service the technicians provide, as well!
Dr. Llera is amazing. Unfortunately the office staff don't seem to know what they are doing. They tell you one thing one day then change their minds at the very last minute, leaving me totally in a bind. I have always been impressed with this clinic but after this I doubt I will ever use them again. Too bad because the vets and most staff are great.
Every 3 months I take my dog to eat there to have his nails trimmed they're very quick and they're very friendly and the price is right
Super friendly! We went in for the first time Monday with our puppy Arlo and everyone came around the counter to say hello to Arlo. Lot of pets. Went into the room and the technicians were just as friendly! Gave him pets and a treat. Vet came in and she also was so friendly with him. Gave him lots of pets. By the time he got his needles he was so relaxed he didn’t even notice them. Very friendly very professional.
Always a wonderful experience with the caring staff at KVC! They take such good care of my corgi, Jazzy. Dr. Llera has a quiet and compassionate presence that always puts my fur baby at ease.
Always have great care for my cats here. They are the ones who found a medication that controlled my cat's seizures. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Got me in as a temporary patient on extremely short notice and were extremely gentle with my cat who needed medication for ear mites. Even I was surprised how calm he was. Friendly staff, would go back again.
