After going through a horrible experience and spending 1000's of dollars at our vets, only to have our dog die because she wasn't diagnosed properly. We heard about Gardiners Road Animal Hospital and immediately changed vets. I am so very grateful for their services, prices and kindness towards our animals! Even when our cat had to be put to sleep the respect the staff and vet showed was heartfelt. I strongly recommend this vet to absolutely everyone, even when we're out walking our dog I tell people about our experiences and how wonderful they are!
I have found Gardiners Road Animal Hospital a great help with my dog Whiskey, he was in a fight with another dog so I asked a new friend where to take him. So here I am with Gardiners & what a great choice. They were so helpful, kind, thoughtful & considerate, plus they took Whiskey in right away. So I am very happy to be with them.
Dr Farooq and his team were so helpful, making time for us in an emergency situation. They were calm and kind, and got test results back to us very quickly. Our super anxious dog was as relaxed as our chill dog and both received excellent care. We’ll be back!
I am very thankful to the Gardiners Road Animal Hospital GRAH for the exceptional emergency care that they provided to my cat. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. They treated me and my cat amazingly during a very difficult time. I could not have asked for a better health care team. Special Thanks to Dr Umar.
Our previous vet has to close so we wanted a new vet close by. They are very easy to get appointments with. The Dr and techs are great. As an added bonus the prices for service are slightly less than our old vet.
Despicable what happened to my dog The staff that I got to know and trust were not there. Just some random doctor and his rude assistants. We had to put down my 16 year old dog and iI was told my dog would NOT suffer and that's why I chose to pay extra to have him put to sleep before they euthanized him. That is NOT what happened at all! Dr. Minah and his crew did nothing but treat him and us terribly through it. We were crying so hard because it sounded like they were torturing our dog. His assistants had zero compassion and we are so sad that what was a 4 o'clock apportionment turned into 2 hours of trauma. These people should NOT be vets....they don't care at all about these animals! Add insult to injury I received a letter saying they won't be able to look after my pets because of MY behavior! Like I would ever go back there ! Every single one of those employees should lose their licenses. Pure Evil !
I can't say enough good things about Gardiners Road Animal Hospital. My senior cat declined very quickly to the point we thought she may be palliative. She was a brand-new patient and needed quick action. The wonderful team and Dr. Farooq accommodated her in a timely fashion, made her feel comfortable and gave her a rigorous physical examination. She was able to have an x-ray immediately, which detected that her digestive system had stopped working. After more review by a radiologist and testing, Dr. Farooq had a hunch that it may be a reversible condition despite not showing the full suite of symptoms. He was right. An additional test proved it and she improved immediately after great treatment and monitoring. He also caught a treatable painful spinal condition that we assumed was just aging. She will be more comfortable during her remaining years. My family feels fortunate we went to GRAH because the outcome could have been very different without the diagnosis. In addition to great care and diagnostics, Dr. Farooq thoroughly explained the costs and took care to limit any unnecessary costly procedures. Thank you GRAH team! PS: Updating this review to say an adorable cat greeted me at the door this morning wearing a little necktie collar. He seemed very pleased to say hello to everyone with a meow and made a stressful day better. Bonus!
I have found Gardiners Rd Animal Hospital wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this vet to others.
Finding a vet clinic that was excepting new patients and that was able to fit me in quickly was hard. The staff was friendly and caring. I would recommend Gardiners road animal hospital to anyone who is looking for a clinic to fit their busy schedule.
After being treated pretty poorly and being unable to get help by another animal hospital in town, we had no choice but to put our precious cat down. It was a Saturday and they were one of few open, so we opted to go here. Everyone was so kind from the front desk, to vet techs, to the veterinarian himself. The price was fairly low compared to other vets in the city, $625 for euthanasia, private cremation, the urn, and ashes back. They also included 2 sets of a paw and nose print, one for me and one for my roommate. We will be taking our pets here from now on for all matters. Thank you for treating our baby kindly.
