Took wonderful care of our foster cat. Her spay looks excellent and she was clearly in great hands.
Had my dog spayed at Collins Bay Animal Hospital, they were very friendly, caring, and showed concerned for my baby. They even called me to check in and see how my baby was doing. They did a great job.
Sadly, this fantastic place is closed. We will miss you all. Everybody there is compassionate warm and very caring. My dog was so sick and hadn't eaten in days The vet aid sat down and spoon fed him so he would eat. Without a doubt, my dog adores Dr. Slater. I have never seen him react like that before.
My inlaws take their animals to this vet. I have only been there twice. When they had to put the family cat down last year, and then last month when they had to put down the family dog. They were very nice and sympathetic. They let us take turns going in to say goodbye.
We had an ailing cat and our vet could not fit us in. They were able to get us in within a few hours and get us looked after unscheduled. They were very helpful and prices were much better than our previous vet. They will have my business going forward. Many thanks to the team at Collins Bay !
After 20 years with Dr. Slater and his incredible, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate staff...no matter where I have lived outside of Kingston, and yes I have been to many other Veterinarian offices I always have returned to Collins Bay Animal Hospital. Why? Outstanding service, timely emergency care, up-to-date knowledge and expertise. They really LISTEN to what you tell them about your animal children, as we all know our pets the best!
