King St Medical Clinic

Honestly, I've been a patient for years and while he's a decent dr I am so over it. The wait times are a joke, you sometimes sit for hours for a scheduled appointment. It's SLIGHTLY better now that they stopped being a walk in, but it's still sometimes an hour plus past your appointment. The staff has the worst communication with each other I've ever seen. One staff member will tell you something can be done and you'll call/show up and another will look at you like you're nuts. My son is being pulled from daycare because the staff told me his immunization card would be ready and low and behold, a full 24 hours after its supposed to be done, I call and they have no idea what I'm talking about despite the staff member I spoke to telling me it was a 15 minute job of looking it up, and clicking the boxes, yet when I call and explain that I need to have it now three days later, I'm told ya sorry next week. I'm sorry but I have a job next week that I now can't work at because apparently people here aren't doing their job during their hours to communicate with one another. I've wanted to switch Dr's for years and if not for my sons fathers whole family using Zahavi, we would have 6 years Ago when we were waiting three hours for scheduled appointments. It's so stressful and infuriating, and so much so that we go to walk ins every chance we can to all avoid going in.

Always fast visits, in and out and have never had a bad experience there

I switched most of my daily health concerns here to Dr.Green. Very happy to have a male doctor for my 13 year old son as well. Very convenient location for me, as I work at the building where I live. This office is 3 minutes walk away and has both health and dental and a pharmacy next door. We were taken on as patients right away when I requested and I feel that the doctor respects my input in regard to my health concerns. So glad to have this clinic here in my community.
