We had an emergency situation for my son who was attending school and living in Hamilton. He was in severe pain and unsuccessful finding someone willing to remove his wisdom teeth. I found Dr. Fenwick’s information and hoped for the best. Robyn was terrific! She knew it wasn’t a typical wisdom tooth extraction and got him in with a sense of urgency. Dr Fenwick was excellent He explained the situation and put our minds at ease. Every staff member we came in contact with made our experience a pleasant one. Very good doctor and staff. He is highly skilled and professional. Don't bother reading negative reviews were people complain about "dirty building", "stains on the carpet" and other nonsense. Does this really matter to you? Well, it doesn't to me. What matters is if the doctor can perform his job well and he does. He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth under sedation and all went well, no complications if you follow his instructions. Thank you, Dr. Fenwick and team!

Amazing surgeon and staff. Very professional and excellent results. Both my sons had wisdom teeth removed and had NO problems afterwords. It's a busy place and I can understand why. I would highly recommend Dr Fenwick.

My husband had 2 extractions a few months ago and was very pleased with Dr. Fenwick. Professional and highly skilled and communication was clear and accurate. Office and assistant were caring and professional. Strongly Recommend.

Receptionist and nurses were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and kind. 5/5 stars for nursing and reception. Dr. Fenwick on the other hand called me "sweetie," rushed all aspects while he was in the room with me, injections were ++painful compared to when I have had the same administered by my usual local dentist, wrote me prescriptions he did not tell me about nor explain to me. I was treated in a room with no where to spit or rinse my mouth that didnt involve me getting up. The moment dr. Fenwick pulled the needle out of my mouth, he rushed me to stand up and walk myself to a sink where i had to rinse and spit i was shaking and close to fainted - he did not notice. While I got the extraction I needed, especially for clients with anxiety/PTSD which they knew I had, could not recommend dr. Fenwick in any way.

I came to this office today after having some teeth extracted and the staff there were so kind, understanding and had me in a room within minutes. The few minutes Dr Fenwick spent with me and how he was in hearing him making jokes and laughing with with what appeared a teenaged boy put me right as ease. Thank you all today and I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you give to each and all!!!!

A place that is great for anyone who wants to be shamed for having any teeth problems. Got treated horribly by Dr. Fenwick both times I saw him with the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. However, the nurses and other dentists are great and did a fantastic job with my dental surgery.

Dr Fenwick, the nursing staff and receptionist are awesome one of the best experiences l have had. I had a tooth pulled, they all made me feel very comfortable. My mouth isn't sore at all, no additional swelling, just what l went in with. They made sure l was prepared to take care of myself when l got home, explaining all my instructions. Thank you very much to everyone in office l would most definitely go back

After an atrocious experience with my dentist, I went to Dr Fenwicks team in Whitby Taunton East next to Canadian Tire for a consultation and subsequent wisdom tooth extraction. His team were professional, polite, and prompt, and the surgery was done in under 40 minutes. 3 days later and my mouth has no pain or swelling and is healing over nicely thanks to the clear instructions provided by the office and the care taken during surgery. I’d highly recommend this team for any major dental work.

Had my wisdom teeth removed. Nursing staff was really friendly and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Fenwick was really nice and very professional. The procedure went well and the follow up was very thorough. they answered all the questions i had, and if I need dental work in the future, I know where ill go
