Absolutely appalling staff and bedside manner. Not sympathetic at all to the frustration of lack of communication. Unable to reach for weeks on end. They listen to respond but don’t actually hear what they’re patient is trying to tell them.

The staff called with a proposed date for the scan, which they canceled later and put in the record as a “no show”. They booked me for a different date without any additional information. Even after completing an ultrasound scan and a MRI they ask you to go the office next door to take an additional ultrasound where the technologist doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to do it and doesn’t ask you much or even tell you much. After many calls I got somebody to explain the whole process. Without this scan, the doctor will not talk to the patient or even see the patient. I still haven’t heard back from them.

He has a horrible bedside manner. Read my test results and sent me on my way. No explanation, no words of support or encouragement. Told me that I would be in pain for the rest of my life and that was that. I left the office and cried.

Terrible bedside manner .. very upsetting ...will never go back.. needs to be out of practice...
