Incredible transformation! Thank you Gavin! I began May 1st @ 241.3lbs and finished Nov 14th @ 185.2. I had an incredible gain in muscle mass and released a ridiculous amount in fat. Pictures speak for themselves. It matters when your trainer actually cares and wants you to succeed to your full potential. All the trainers there feel the same about their clients and that's what makes this place so special.

BEST training facility in the region! Started working out at Kinetic Synergy over 3 years ago, and since then, I've joined the management team! Absolutely love the atmosphere, community, and co-workers! Home of CrossFit Welland AND Welland's ONLY Hot Yoga Studio... its a one stop-shop! Everything you need to reach your fitness and wellness goals. Not many people get to go into work every day and LOVE what they do! I couldn't imagine my life without this place. Excited to see where the future will take us.

If you are looking for a step above, this is the gym to go to. The staff go far and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The facility is clean and up to date, and the personal training is affordable. I have used the gym for personal training sessions, in which the sessions were taken with much time, care, and consideration to my needs. Professional custom work outs were made, meal plans, and much encouragement|motivation. The dedication from the staff is unlike any gym I have ever been to. I travel from Niagara Falls to this gym because I truly believe it is the best around. Most importantly I feel 100% comfortable at this gym, which is very important. Going to train can sometimes be difficult - especially if you`re not in shape- but with a friendly, upbeat atmosphere, it can motivate you. Happy training :)

Went in to get some general info and I was blown away with the facility and the 7 day primieum membership that I was offered by the amazing staff at the front desk.
