i have been to all of the gyms in niagara and i always seem to make it back to the body shop. 
best powerlifting equipemnt around with a good atosphere. 
not a place if you have sensitive hearing.no lunk alarms here

Best gym in the city. Affordable ($33/mthly) no contract, no sign up or hidden fees, very clean & Collin the owner/ operator is super friendly, helpful &  knowledgeable. Never have to wait  & the upstairs turf is loaded with equipment to take to your workout to new levels. I joined in April 2017,  after over 2 yrs with GoodLife & tired of their corporate nonsense & phony staff members.  This is a real gym with a great clientele.......highly recommend it over any other gym in the city!!! NUMBER ONE

What a gym should be.   The bells and whistles of the fitness club are nice,  but a gym is not about that.   Love the place and the people..   It is a gym,  proper..

Great price and well equipped. Geared more towards serious weight lifters. A little on the dirty side, but again the price is worth it. Parking lot tends to be full of pot holes despite how quickly they're filled in.
