Great gym! Employee Nafis did an incredible job making me feel accommodated! Great customer service experience! Later during the night I even noticed him cleaning the machines. Made me feel proud that he was not only keeping the gym sanitary but keeping the elders feeling safe as well. 5 stars baby.

If you're looking for a clean, safe gym this is not the place for you. I've practically begged them to clean. Nada. If there's ever a fire most of the time the emergency exits are covered in equipment. If I could give it zero stars like many before me have said, I would too. I would tell them to do better but let's be honest they won't read this.

This is the worst gym ever. They charge you for everything. I am not going to gym and it’s just a month I have signed in for membership and now I don’t have time so I want to cancel the membership and I have to pay the cancellation charge and the worst thing is that I don’t even get my 160$ back which I have paid for the membership. They are here just to take money from you which is worthless

I don't even want to give this gym 1 star . I would love to give them negative . They charge you non-stop on your credit card and over charge . When asked to cancel membership they said that's ANOTHER charge . There is never a manager on site to speak with . WORST GYM EVER!

Full of lairs they signed you by saying there is no hidden fees then they charged you with annual fee after that I specifically asked them if there is any cancellation fee they replied “No”. now they are charging cancellation fee too. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Large space with tons of treadmills, ellipticals and resistance training machines, could use a dedicated stretching area though. Also has a women's only space with additional machines and weights which is handy.

This Gym is myth totally, i sent the cancellation letter so many time thorough mail. But still they deducted the payment every month. never go this gym.

The machines are perpetually out of order, the facilities are unkempt, the staff couldn't care less about their patrons, there's no wifi. I have been going here for about a year and they have three stairmasters, only two are operational and they're in very high demand. You're lucky if you can squeeze in a workout on them.

Been going here for years on and off.. Overall a decent gym. Friendly staff. Just a bit lazy. My Biggest complaint is the sauna never gets properly cleaned even though I’ve asked numerous times.
