Love the sweat this work out gives me. The one on one sessions for the first 25-30 minutes really gives me the strength and energy I need to push myself to the next level in my fitness. Terrance rocks.

Keeping it Fit and Fun! Terence runs a great operation. 1 on 1 training sessions, convenient scheduling online and affordable rates. Very professional, encouraging and challenging. It feels good and its worth it. I've been here 3 weeks now and I'm feeling better, happier, more energetic. I'm not a gym rat, don't like crowds, this is a perfect fit for me.

I have boxed for fitness for the last 20 years and have trained with a half dozen coaches. Terrence is one of the best. His attitude, skill,experience and enthusiasm for his work makes for a rewarding, enjoyable workout every time. He operates a great gym, and his one-on-one model ensures that each session is tailored to your fitness and skill level as well as your personal goals. I'm so glad I found this place. A half hour with Terrence is like an hour anywhere else -- and it's way more fun.

Terry is the guy to push you to the max. Great workouts, he takes you to the next level in each session. Anyone who wants to get fit, visit FightFit and go through 30 mins of intensive boxing instruction.
