Kia Cold Lake is an automotive dealership that sells Kia vehicles, as well as used and certified pre-owned vehicles. In conjunction with Discovery Motors, we also sell recreational vehicles such as fifth-wheels and toy haulers.

Saw our dream beast on kijiji.....the staff went overboard on providing information and delivering the vehicle out to the interior of BC. Excellent experience especially on purchasing a vehicle sight unseen!

Decent place with really helpful staff. Seemingly not as professional behind the scenes as I ended up paying four times more for a fix due to them not diagnosing my car correctly. I ended up fixing it myself.

I wouldn't even give these guys a one star but had to select one. After our vehicle was wrote off in an accident we came to them - to try and shop local. We were treated like they were doing us a favour by selling us a new vehicle! Direct questions about financing and costs were repeatedly dodged and when talking to my spouse and then me direct lies were told as to what the other spouse said/wanted! Sorry but in an insurance write off, it is not unusual to have previous unpaid loan amount rolled over onto a new vehicle but we understood it would limit our options. We didn't appreciate the lies/dodging of questions and the attempt to push us to take the one vehicle offered to us and in the end referring us to Southtown - now west Edmonton Kia where they knew we had been previously sold a Lemon and didn't want to deal with again! By the end we felt treated second class for asking questions and not being the pristine credit example they appear to only want in customers! Needless to say we went elsewhere. Sherwood Kia in Edmonton, where we were listened to and treated with respect and at least given some options within our situational limits, ironically we decided to purchase the same vehicle as Cold Lake offered but in our choice of colour and cleaner condition!!! Your staff kissed that $50000 sale goodbye with simply their attitude!
