They were quick and easy to work with. They fixed my I phone screen good as new and helped find a good case to protect it better for my teenager. Great service all around.
Gus and his crew are great to work with. I visit them often as they're a conveniently located fedex drop. They're main focus is offering completely reliable IT solutions. Had an older performance laptop's hardware upgraded, saved me a wad of cash not having to go out and buy another expensive laptop. If I can't repair it myself there's only one other place I'm going.
Just brought a brand new lap top that got hacked on the 5th day of ownership. Brought it to Macrotronics and they saved the day!! I cannot be any happier. Kelly and Ghassan were awesome and supportive. I strongly recommend Macrotronics, great people!! Thank you :
My father went to get the screen fixed, he came back after it was done it looked fine, after 4-5 days the screen started to flicker green. I have not dropped it nothing it did that on it's own and the screen seemed not connected to the rest of the phone. Edit: never mind it wasn't their fault it's where they bought the screen they placed, it was a faulty screen. It was good service too
they replaced my touchscreen laptop with a regular screen and tried to blame it on hardware issues... after holding onto it for 2 months until i demanded to have it back fixed or not. i will never go here again.
They told me id only have to pay 200 for a repair, i go there and all of a sudden its 300$? Keep your word and maybe this review will change.
The guy was nice, smart and got my phone fixed for a good price. Hopefully I don't have to go back cause that means I have smashed my phone again. But if I do I know exactly where I'll be going. definitely recommend
Always friendly and the service is outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and helpful, answers all my questions. They fixed my Apple computer after my son spilled water on it. Restoring all my stuff. I highly recommend them.
Fast friendly service here, they sure know how to fix phones real quick
