Cold Lake Ford

Absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our truck from Cold Lake Ford this past weekend. We were planning on going to a Edmonton as we figured the deals might be a little better in the city with more inventory available etc. We happened to stop in and we’re SO glad we did. My husband got a little more truck than he expected for the price we were willing to pay; our salesperson, Ester, was absolutely fantastic to deal with and knew exactly what we wanted before we did! No pressure, lots of knowledge and very personable. The manager and everyone else there was helpful and friendly too. They made sure that we didn’t have to go to the city to get a smokin’ deal. :) We are very happy with the new truck and the great service provided by Cold Lake Ford. Highly recommend, we’ll be giving them any future business we have as well. It’s really nice to feel like your interests are priority over just making a sale. Great Job to the team there!

I love ford cold lake!!! They are very helpful, and when I need a oil change they always squeeze me in the same or next day! The staff are very professional .. super happy with their service thanks everyone at ford Cold Lake!

Went to get shocks replaced, got phone call that diffs should be serviced, said ok. Not sure if shocks got replaced as opposed to pumped up. 4wd hasn't worked since, never buy ford again.
