KFC

Walk in and place is a mess, you can smell the old oil from the vats. I asked the staff member if I could customize something on my burger and she said no. I looked on my phone app and asked another staff member and they both said yes. Food came lovely and hot but when eating the burger you could taste that nasty oil. No toilets to clean your hands before and after, nobody cleaning the tables and they literally give you one tissue and when you ask for more you only get one more lol. Popeye chicken opening soon in Richmond.

I've ordered around 4 deliveries from here since it opened and every time they give me 2 amazing succullent peices of chicken and one old tough one. Ordered today and got the same. Why cant i have 3 great peices. If you order 2 you get 1 good one and one awful one. They seemed to have improved their chips though, they were good today. They are normally limp, old and cold.

We ordered on Uber Eats at 5:10pm. We had a change of driver halfway during pick up time and then had to wait an hour on top of that to have our order delivered. The food was freezing cold and then had to wait longer for our food to heat up in the oven before we could even eat. The while process was a horrible experience. 1 star.

I have visited 2 weeks backs the atmosphere was very pleasent and the service was extraordinary and most pleasing part the food it was very exceptional

The spices in the batter make for very tasty chicken at KFC, but it can be very inconsistent - sometimes the chicken will be juicy and fresh, and at other times it can taste dry and old. The fries are always limp and lukewarm, though. There are only two tables here, so the eat-in option is quite unpleasant.

I have visited a week back . The staff was very friendly and good service. The food is very delicious Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly to kids as well

Awful experience - I ordered from Uber eats and paid extra for a priority delivery but the food still took an hour to get to me and the kfc is 10 mins away the driver was rude and half the food was missing and cold and when I tried to complain to Uber eats they kept sending me generic messages saying this has been resolved- I am so annoyed as this is technically theft as they haven’t provided the goods I have paid for, surely they can’t do that?! Do no order food from KFC in Richmond!!!
