Burger King

Honestly when I found an issue with my order I nearly vomitted it grossed me out that much. I ordered through delivery and the delivery person was amazing, nothing wrong with them but when I opened the order the first thing I noticed was all the extra items. At first I thought they gave me the wrong order but all the items I ordered was there, some in higher quantities than I ordered so I was like ok whatever because my name was also on the order docket with what I ordered. For context I am vegetarian so I don't eat meat and haven't for 3 years so I ordered the plant based nuggets which I've had at another Burger King and the site says they don't have meat so yay. But when I bit into the first nugget I noticed the taste and texture was wrong. The bag the nuggets were in said plant based so I stopped eating and looked at all of the nuggets and realised that out of the 9 I ordered, 5 were the plant based nuggets but 4 of them were real chicken nuggets. When thinking about that first bite I honestly nearly vomitted. That is when I realised why the extra stuff was added but why not even tell me thinking I wouldn't notice even though the extra stuff wasn't meat based either!!! I don't think I can trust Burger King after this as I am disgusted by this action. The nuggets on the left are the chicken ones and the one on the right is a plant based one easy to tell the difference from the texture and look of the products. I don't want any comments or questions or any further action.

Cashier arrogant and not friendly, more focused on his phone than clients, tables dirty, no need to go to this unwelcoming place.

This place is at the Masaryk Train station. It's small with just about 10 to 15 places to sit down. Just 1 cash register. If you are planning a train trip it great for a burger as take out. Expect to wait it's quite busy during peaks. Burger king is not as wide spread in Prague as MC Donald's so this a good place to get a meal on the go Wheelchair accessibility: The train station is wheelchair accessible and the place can be accessed directly from the train station

i have visited Burger king, Havlíčkova 1014/2, 110 00 Nové Město, Czechia. i ordered from outside from the screens as i do in every restaurant since i am here from a small vacation and i don't speak Czech. when i received my sandwich i saw that it has bacon in it, and i dont eat bacon, and when i ordered nor the picture or the description said this sandwich has bacon in it, so i went to the person in the counter which was "David" and i told him what happened, he said i cant do anything for you, and i explained that i didnt touch it, i just opened it and saw that it has bacon and i dont eat bacon, he said you need to order a new one now, and i can throw this one. i agreed after i really lost hope, even though what i know is, the customer is always right, and you as a worker need to please your customer, but that didn't happen. and when we finished arguing there was another customer witnessing the situation and when he took his order, he threw a word to david and they both started laughing obviously laughing at me, so i felt offended and i told David that is not funny, even though i didnt understand what they both laughed about, but it was so obvious it was about the situation and about me, felt really bad, bad experience.

Whapper wrap was good.

Just a regular burger King: nothing special, but clean, with toilets part of the railway station, but they are always clean and free to enter with a ticket you get from the cashier and nice and friendly staff. Outside seating is nice to just watch the busy railway station while you wait for a train.
