This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! I was there with some family members. I needed the mens room and found it on the 1st floor. As soon as I opened the door, the stench got me. Urine smell was burning the back of my throat and I had to get out of there! I went to speak to the manager, who's response was 'yes, I know. I'll send a cleaner to clean it'. Informed her it had gone way past that. I demanded that she locked the door until it was sorted. I also asked her if she was comfortable treating her customers like animals! To add insult to injury, our food came from the counter to 5 yards from the counter. Opened my burger and found it to be like warm. We all left as I couldn't be arsed to go back and complain again. Enter this establishment at your own risk. If you need the lave, take a gas mask with you! I won't ever go back there
Couldn't be better. What can I say! McDonald's is always the greatest time of my life. On this occasion, I was there with my wife. I was newly wedd. I was the most happy I have ever been and so cannot be a reliable judge of this McDonald's. Hence I've not judged the atmosphere in my review. The rest I all to the standard it would be at whether I was conscious of it or not.
Coffee cold. Seriously slow service. Glad only had a coffee as watched a food prep guy handling all the muffins with his bare hands. No catering gloves at all. Someone else complained about it to a manager whilst I was there and they got looked at as though they were making trouble and manager just walked off. They need to employ staff who know what they are doing and health and safety rules. Won't be using it again.
I come to this McDonalds quite regularly during my commutes through Richmond. Zak never fails to put a smile on my face. He’s always so polite and cheery when interacting with customers, and, whilst the staff at McDonalds are never rude, he has a certain enthusiasm and buzz about him that other employees, at most branches, just don’t have. It’s employees like him who make a difference.
Came 3days running- cheap snack + Hot chocolate hit the spot @99p bargain/needed a receipt/but the printer empty didn't wait for it !! **Kids after school weren't allowed there in big groups together as told Smoking in loos/was the new craze Few seats available to eat .. food delivery bikers sat inside.. texting !

Unfortunately this is my local McDonald’s. Consistently bad food. Soggy chips. Old oil. Overcooked, stale burgers that taste like they’ve been sitting there for ages. No care in preparation. Management needs a shake up.
Keeps up to the standards of Mcdonald's. Loved the atmosphere and food. Great customer service and very helpful security.
Not the fastest service but the food is consistently good probably the best McDonald's I have visited in LondonFood: 5/5
I could see that my order was ready, but had to wait more than five minutes without being given it. When I asked for it the manager ? Tom refused to give it to me. I waited another five minutes and asked a female attendant to give me my order, and she picked it up. The manager shouted at her to put it down and not to give it to me. He was very rude and disrespectful both to me and to her in front of other customers. It was a very horrible experience.
