I recently ordered from KFC, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The chicken pieces were too small and completely cold, making the meal unenjoyable. KFC is known for its fresh and crispy chicken, but this was far from it.nnTo make matters worse front customer service, behavior was very rude. Good customer service is just as important as food quality, and this experience left a bad impression.nnI expect hot, properly portioned food and respectful service, but this order failed on both counts. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality and front customer service.nnWould not recommend ordering from this location unless they improve!

I ordered chicken through door dash. I usually don’t write reviews but this was Absolutely the most disgusting chicken I’ve ever ate. It was so greasy and undercooked. My family threw out and entire box of chicken. I noticed on the reviews all their 5 stars are from Indians. I’m sure it’s friends cuz theirs no way this is 5 star food. I wouldn’t feed this to my animals. What a disappointment!!

This is one of the best KFCs I have been to. The service of the manager and the staff was amazing . The food was quick and also fresh. I ordered a Boneless bucket and it still only took a couple minutes for them to prepare, even during the peak time. Excellent service.

We had amazing experience here! Best kfc very helpful staff and found the premises very clean. The food was great. We loved it.

This location frequently has a 15 minute plus wait for chicken if you’re ordering toonie packsnI’m in the QSR business myself so I get that the value offers have small margins but would never dissuade any customer from ordering whatever they likenThat is clearly going on at the Baseline KFCnIf they don’t want to provide the value meals then the need to talk to corporate
