We sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes before getting food and some meals were cold and very slow service in getting drinks to the table.Food: 1/5
Not sure who is running the place but I have never been to a restaurant that was out of so many beer options! They only had 3 beers to offer on tap the 6 others were out of stock. including the cider. The menu says there is more beers not listed on the menu. The server opened the fridge and it was almost empty! Lucky for me they had a blue buck left. The service was spotty, The male server was running around in circles with that frantic look. food was good! not sure if I will return.
Restaurant had run out of requested drinks, cutlery, and kind and professional service. Had to ask for plates and cutlery when they served food. Waitress never checked to see how food was, etc. We had to flag down another staff member to get the desert menu as our waitress had disappeared. She told us they didn't have enough cutlery to serve us as they "were scattered throughout the restaurant" the Waitress then left to go on a break to take selfies in the corner and waited 20 minutes for someone to walk by to ask for the bill. Took another 10 minutes for it to show up and ended up having to go to the front counter to pay as even more time had gone by. We ended up having to track down yet another employee to ask them to assist us so we could pay to leave. The only time our server actually smiled was telling us goodbye, even though we watched her laughing and smiling with everyone around us. Will not be returning to this location as the whole experience was trash. Would not recommend it to anyone. Only go here if you like to basically have to beg to leave and pay.
Ordered a salad for pick up. Drove all the way home. Went to eat and realized they didn't give me any salad dressing. Also, it's not the salad I remember. It used to be nice. This one came in a small red rectangular container. It had 4 small slices of chicken on it. No where near a 25 dollar salad. Also the spinach taste bad. Will not order again. Hugely disappointed. Boston Pizza has really gone down hill.
Love this place ! The service was excellent and the appetizers cactus cuts and cauliflower wings and the special Mediterranean pasta and pizza. It was loaded with toppings and lots of cheese ! They really care for their customers and all the staff made sure if there is anything we needed it was right there in seconds !
It's nice to be able to go out and have lunch. In these trying times BP.s is always clean and fresh. Staff are always courteous and professional. Keep up the good work. Look at the detail..... 2 die for delicious
Food was very good servers were really nice friendly, coming back every now and again to make sure food was good and to see if I needed anything else. Great experience for me
Very spacious outlet next to Save On Foods. Food I find just better than average and a bit pricey, Very friendly staff and the service was quite fast. My chicken fettuccine was cooked to perfection with crispy garlic bread on the side. Tons of large screen TV's in all sections.
Well! This was a great experience overall, despite some inconvenience along the way. I had ordered a delivery to someone's house to surprise them for Valentine's Day. Boston Pizza is one of the only places I could find that does heart-shaped pizzas. There was no online ordering available for the delivery location so I called the store to place the order. I think it was an extremely busy night and the order never came! They said they were terribly sorry and that it must have gotten "lost in the sauce"! Not to worry though, my person was understanding and BP made sure to deliver the exact order the next day at no charge! They really did step up to the platepun intended on this one and go above and beyond to correct an epic failure! Lol Thanks for making this a special night for someone special even if it was a day late! Pizza in the picture is the Viva Italian!
I liked this place in general. The food and the service were both good. However I found the prices to be a bit higher than I had expected.Food: 5/5
