I don't visit KFC often but I love the new Beyond Chicken. I've had it at one other place and they understandably say that it'll be a wait to make it fresh. This location wasn't initially aware that Beyond Chicken can only be served fresh so I got rubber nuggets. Fortunately they had no problem making a fresh order and I make sure to order it fresh here every time now.
I gave the food 1 star because zero was not an option. The chicken was inedible. Barely warm , tasted old. Had been crammed in the bucket and was just a clump of grease soaked skin and half cooked batter. Worst chicken ive ever ate. They should honestly consider closing for good. This was my 2nd time eating food from there. NO MORE. Please go out of business. Maybe we can get a popeyes or church's.
Best chicken I have eaten in years. Chicken moist, food good all around. Service great and hardly any wait time in drive thru. I live in Ohio and woul drive again to you just for your great food and service.

Last time visiting this store...dark colored crust, extra greasy & tasted like burnt...looks nothing like they advertise...manager tried to tell me they use different batter for chicken & the sandwiches, is why chicken is so much dark. Sorry but I call bullcrap, have had KFC many times over the years, never looked or tasted like this.
I had my 2 small grandchildren with me and as I tried to carry my trays to the table with 4 trays of food I dropped one and knocked some food off the other one. As I stood there trying to clean it up with the help of another customer in tears due to a family tragedy I recently suffered 3 employees stood behind the counter watching us. The kind gentleman who was helping me went and bought the kids more food. I had to ask the employees standing there if they were going to help clean it up or stand there and keep staring at me. They never spoke to me or asked it I was okay or anything. Even the elderly people sitting near me said something when they came out and spoke with them. Ridiculous
They had no legs had to have two wings and a breast and wing on a dinner. The white meat was a little tough both dinners were greasy.
Ordered a famous bowl in drive thru. Had them many times. This one most have been microwaved. It was so ho that it burnt my tongue and my throat. Called and staff member was very short with me. Said we keep everything at 185 degrees. This was definetly hotter than that. Purchased at 8:25 drove home stopping on the way to get some ice water to soothe the burn in my mouth and checked with my the temp with my thermometer. 40 minutes later this thing was still 135.7 degrees! I called corporate and filled a complaint!
