Crazy busy on Sunday 8/7/22 but staff was friendly & not frazzled! Wait time was normal even with it being so busy. Clean lobby but restrooms needed some attention, but due to the volume they were doing, I’m sure no one could get to it while we were there. Order came out correct & hot.
Service was great. Food was fresh and tasted great. I was really impressed with the prices. My daughter ordered a kids meal and I had a butter burger basket and out total was under $14. It's hard to out under $10 per person these days.Food: 5/5
Definitly, culvers has the best burgers in coldwater. The way they deal with loyal customers when a problem arises, is atrocious. For about 2 months i was spending about 125 a week there. Never any issues. One afternoon i made my regular order of 2 double burgers with cheese and a large onion ring. I live 8 miles from the store. I arrived home and found that one was a single cheeseburger. I figured i would tell them of the discrepancy and they would do SOMETHING to make it right. Next afternoon i was in drive thru and the attendant could not repeat back to me what i ordered. I finally gave up and went home. The following day i went in the lobby and talked to a manager. I told her of my wrong order 2 days before , and the poor service the night before. She asked for a receipt and i said i did not have it as i had thrown bag away. She said she could do nothing without receipt. So , basically she insinuated i was lying about it to get free food. I went from spending 125 plus a week there to nothing. Burger king is not as good , but when you have a problem, they make it right . No questiins asked. Quality of food makes no difference, when you treat customers poorly.
Tremendous as always! Had to drive 35 miles to get there from Nettle Lake in Ohio, but it was worth it. Everything was fresh and tasty. Prompt, friendly service. On Wisconsin!
Had the fish sandwich, it tasted good when you got a bit of fish. There ether needs to be half the bun or twice the first. The one little fish fillet just is not big enough for the size of the bun you get.Food: 3/5
Food was great as always and staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Looking forward to going back when it isn't right after a tooth pull to enjoy a Butterburger.Food: 5/5
The new Curderburger is amazing! Very nice area to eat outside as well!
Not sure why, since I why was the only person in the drive thru you would have me pull up to the parking spot and wait for someone to deliver to the curb. Also thanks for the BBQ that was left at the store and not in the bag...Food: 2/5
