I guess they’re limited the meat but still charge the high price. This is my crunch wrap supreme. Order was to go. I almost when back but it wasn’t worth it.
Used the kiosk because there were 4 of us and we didn't know what we wanted. Figured it might make it easier...didn't. We were still missing 2 tacos and the others we did get weren't made how we asked for them. We ate inside at a table. I went up to the counter and told them we were missing food and even though it took a good 2 mins to acknowledge me, they were gracious and got my other 2 items to me quickly. They try in there and it shows. It was a Saturday and they were a little busy. Kind employees made a huge difference in my rating.

11-27-2022 Update: Service was a little slow but it was worth the wait! The Mexican Pizza didn't taste all chemically like the Huntington, Indiana Taco Bell. Lived my meal and the employees were quite friendly for a busy as they were. Update: This place is still AWESOME! The employee that served us at the counter..... AWESOME! The manager in the back screaming at the employee to stop stomping their feet because they're not a child and to "get back to the window" was an instant classic. I would rewritten just based on that. Fist pump to the manager for being assertive and mom like. Loved it!
The food was great today. And the service was quick. Then I noticed the sign said open to 3AM. That's wonderful since nobody else is!!! Thanks for thinking about the graveyard shift.Recommended dishesCinnamon Twists
It's fast food it's hot an miss with the Coldwater location some days it's good food an service then the next ya wanna throw the order back in their face because it wasn't what ya asked for or ya don't get what ya ordered so it's 50/50Food: 3/5
Just went through the drive through. The girl who took the order sounded like she was asleep. The girl who we paid seemed extremely overwhelmed. She forgot a drink, straws and sauces. Idk who was on the line making the tacos but they skimmed us on beef for the whole taco party pck and both crunchwraps were extremely hard and lacked ingredients. Total waste of my money and time.
Normally I don't leave reviews about fast food places because they all vary and it's not always the same experience however this was ridiculous. I ordered a quesarito from the Taco Bell here in Coldwater and all I can say is that I am very disappointed, I did not get anything close to what a quesarito, is it was a small flat burrito that looked more like a beef and bean burrito than anything. If this is the kind of hot garbage that they're going to start putting out and still charge the same price for I would not go to this one again, please don't waste your time or money.
Staff and food are amazing. However the inside of this location is dirty. Dirty as in windows floors tables and CHAIRS. Trash outside the building. Things like that. Bathrooms were disgusting aswell. There shouldn't be a build up of mold on the bathroom title.Food: 5/5
Feels like every time we order here I get extremely sick from the food. Also seems like the whenever is working when I order, cannot read because they never get our order right.Food: 1/5
