I don't know what is going on with this Wendy's and I hate to be THAT person.... But... I pulled into the drive thru about 10 min to 7pmclose I waited in line for 12 minutes to be told when I finally got to the order screen at 7:02pm that they'd taken the last order for the night. I understand that they want to close on time, but there were only three cars in line that they all refused service to. If I'd have known I would have wasted nearly 15 minutes in line for nothing, I would have taken my business somewhere else to begin with. It just goes to show that they don't value the time of their customers, so why should customers support them?
Service is usually really good. Up until a few months ago this location was never open. So I'm happy to see that's changed. The driveway and drive thru could use new concrete. There's giant potholes pretty much everywhere.Food: 3/5

AVOID! As other reviews mentioned, they are inconsistently open. We placed a mobile order and went to pick up and they were closed! They supposedly can't refund our money because that's an "app issue". Well, Wendy's mobile app is a disaster too. You can't ever get a hold of them! I'm arguing it on my CC and will open a BBB case against them. Worst Wendy's ever.

Well the first thing I noticed was the property looked unattractive, the parking lot and drive thru needs to be repaved and re striped. It was just something I noticed while waiting to place my drive thru order...I was really looking forward to a spicy chicken sandwich I haven't had one in years since I decided to eat healthier...I probably wouldn't have noticed the poor condition of the property if I hadn't had to wait close to 15 min in total waiting...I pulled out and went to Arby's :
I used to work here about 5 years ago. It wasn't great then, and it's only gone downhill since. They weren't super fast, nor were they cleanly. Now, they're hardly even open. Please, just put this restaurant out of it's misery.
Set up a shift manager interview on their website scheduled for Monday the 21st of November at 11:00 a.m. showed up at 10:36 a.m. on the 21st and the place is a ghost town about 11:00 car started rolling through going through the drive-thru parking getting out going up to lock doors I waited until after 11:30 and nobody still showed up I got on the Wendy's Google and it said on Monday that they are closed I don't know what is going on but there's been about 25 cars in the last half hour come through missed customers not very happy here
They were very busy. Girl behind the counter very gracious. Very good chili and baked potato. Peppermint frosty not enjoyable.Food: 4/5
Usually i have no problems with this wendys. If they miss an item, at least they replace it. Baconator fries seems to be the bane of my existence. On a rainswept night its good to go here. The entrance is a little hard to get into. But other than that no major problems.
