Last time I came and ordered food with my fiancé. 45 minutes later she got her food. After she had ate and then waited another 20 minutes my food never came. I asked for my bill payed and walked out with not eating. This time we ordered cheese curds they came out burnt and the waitress says that’s how they normally are.Then My grilled chicken sandwich came out and the chicken was thinner than my French fries. I am done with this restaurant till they give you what you pay for.
The food was great, let's start there. Most BWW food has gone downhill with food quality, not this one. I sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to offer me a drink. I almost left because I was on a time crunch. Then a young waitress was waiting on drink and started sharing the work drama with me while I was trying to watch sports. Seems like the people at the bar and the staff knew one another so maybe she was used to doing that with customers.
Had to update my rating due to last few times going here has been rough.... The last few times we have been here, our food has had to go back to the kitchen. My daughter always gets the Mac and cheese and the last 2 times it's been cold. I got mac and cheese this last time and it was cold as well. Plus my mean was not done right and had to send it back to get fixed and when it came back it still wasn't right. The waitress was good and helped best she could but still just eh. Like I said last few times in there is has not lived up to bdubs standards that I am use to coming from Big city back on west coast.
Had the hatch chilli burger and ordered tots with hatch queso on them for a side, everything tasted amazing and the pickled hatch peppers add a warming sweet heat to the whole thing. I highly recommend giving their burgers a try.
First date and everything was very ... personal. I LOVED it! The waitress could have been just a tad more attentive with napkins and plates, as I felt like I was asking for too much but other than that, it was a fabulous experience!Food: 5/5
It was great. I was at a local Hotel because my power was out during the ice storm. The food was very good and with the close proximity to the hotel, the food was hot and fresh. Parking: Not a big lot
The food is usually good, but the service is hit or miss. The guy with the braided hair that was our host last time was phenomenal. He actually made us feel welcome! Tonight, they were busy - but the waitress was FANTASTIC!
Good bar food and friendly, efficient waiters and waitresses. I like their $5 Long Island Ice Tea. My favorite waiter is Diego. It's a big plus that he is bilingual and can speak Spanish because my girlfriend is from Venezuela.Food: 5/5
