Absolutely incredible staff of three hard working people. They gave us a free coleslaw because they made an extra and while I’m typically not a fan due to texture issues it was amazing. We got a pound of brisket, a pound of polish kielbasa, max and cheese, two kinds of sauces, three buns, and two cokes for $80. The meat was made in house by the gentleman who cashed us out and was an absolute sweetheart. Everything was made with love and it was an absolute pleasure to spend an evening out here. Kid-friendliness: Quiet and unoverwhelming. Parking: Loads of spots Wheelchair accessibility: One floor
This is probably the best Dickies I've ever been to. Nothing wrong with the otherocations but the customer service here was above average as compared to the other sites I've been to. Never an issue with the food. Tasty, hot and waffle fries made fresh. Wish this place was closer to home but unfortunately stopped here on road trip and won't be back any time soon. Location was clean, open and spacious.
The food here is outstanding! The moment you walk in the door you know you are in for something special as the smell of smoked meats fills the air. This location offers Pork, Brisket, ribs, polished sausage, Cheddar Jalepeno sausage, Chicken, and Turkey. You can't make a bad decision here. It comes with two sides plus a cornbread muffin and pickles, and you get a self-serve soft ice-cream cone desert included! The staff here are always great, they welcome your arrival and are always helpful and give great customer service. The dining room and facilities are always clean. This is a great place for a family dinner!! They have daily specials and on Sunday, KIDS EAT FREE!!! Can't beat that deal.
Literally ordered the food told me to pick it up at 8:55 pm they close at 9 showed up at 8:50pm already paid for my food online and no one is here. Lights off closed. 10 min early no food. Pretty much stole my money. Over $50 smh.
Staff are helpful to pick out great meal combinations. You get a lot of food for the price. The food tastes great. The free ice cream is a nice touch too. The restaurant and bathroom was clean as well.
My order was missing the sauce, onions, pickles, and the buns I ordered. They sent ketchup though? Brisket was completely overcooked to the point of being jerkey like. There is no smoke flavor at all. There was supposed to be one order with kielbasa and one with jalapeno sausage. Both were plain kielbasa. Fried okra was undercooked and wet in the middle. Dickies is not generally outstanding bbq, but it is reliably good at all the locations I have been to. I will never order from here again. Corporate needs to check that franchise standards are being observed at this location.
My partner & I ordered The Pulled Pork & Spicy Kiebasa Combo wIthaca The Jalapeños Beans & The Baked Potato Casserole. HE Ordered tithe Brisket Combo. Was worth every bit of $. The food out of this world.
Wow... Can't imagine a worse experience. Never got our food! This location has continued to go downhill for years. It has even had multiple owners. This was the last time I'm going there. When we showed up, one employee was sitting on the porch smoking and the front door was locked. After we stood there for several minutes pulling on the door she finally said oh, did that get locked again? They only had half of the food on the menu. Before we could even take our order, the staff left and we stood there for 10 minutes by ourselves. They did not have cups and the pop machine was broken. The staff was obviously whoever they could find on the street.
Amazing, very clean and great prices!!! For two pulled pork sandwiches two sides 28.85 $$ Hubby and I enjoy our dates here. Family friendly you get to keep your cups too.
This is such an amazing place to eat! First time and NO complaints what so ever. The pulled pork was moist and flavorful and no fat! You choose your own meat, so you don't have to have pulled pork and you choose your own barbecue sauce. You also get free vanilla ice cream, sorry chocolate lovers. Great atmosphere, great workers, and great, cheap food. What more could you ask for?! Seriously, if you are ever in Coldwater you have to give this place a try. I promise you will NOT be disappointed and I don't take promises lightly!
