Dairy Queen

This is the second time that we went in and had a bad experience... I ordered a blizzard, same one i get everytime. I got some topping on top of it but none in the blizzard. So all i got was a large cup of ice cream... The workers said it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

We decided to stop for a treat through the drive-thru on our way home from the pool on Tuesday. We ordered ice cream and fries through the drive-thru. We ordered blizzards, chocolate dipped cones and kids cones - we asked for them in a dish since they weren’t going to eat them in the car. The young lady who took our order was professional and made sure to read back our order for accuracy. When she took our payment she was very friendly and made small talk while we were waiting for our fries- which were hot and fresh. Overall we had a great experience.

This Dairy Queen fell off a bit and I hope they come around. The quality of the cakes and ice cream have gone down. Cotton candy and Oreo blizzards had less toppings in them. The food was always good. Also with COVID they had the dining room closed for forever, and I think it was because of staffing but it just seems lazy.

I got 2, 6 piece chicken tenders and all of it was soggy. Very displeasing. Update: many visits later and I’m convinced that this crew does not know how to listen. Because every time I have gone here they have messed up my order.

It's okay at best and works if you want a Blizzard but it's pretty dirty and the staff gives zero craps. Most of them were covered in ice cream splatter and the floor was gross at 7 PM on a Saturday.

We do drive through quite frequently in the summer for blizzards but on may 21st for both grill food and blizzards. We were told our food would be right out and to pull forward. We ended up waiting as the entire line behind and then more went through the drive through until our order came out and they had confessed that our order was given away to another car on accident and they had to remake our order for us and gave us a larger fry. We appreciate that they owned up to it but the staff seemed flustered to keep up.

Dining room was closed early and long line at drive thru. Yet, this location really shined as they moved the line quickly and the staff was super pleasant, fast and did a GREAT job on our order. Remarkably awesome service! I will return. This is the the king of Queens in my book!

Fries are always hot. Good service. Tons of cakes and Dilly Bars if that's your thing.
