My husband ordered a Large half pepperoni with pineapple and the other half just cheese. They messed up the first order and gave us the whole pizza pepperoni with pineapple. So called them and told them about our order and they were nice enough to make us new one with half cheese in it. My husband pick it up and came home with the same order. A whole pepperoni with pineapple. What on earth is wrong with these people! We called for the order to make sure they make it right the 2nd time. And still the same wrong order! Just wow!!
Wow. The bad reviews really do tell you something about this place. I ordered this “special“ deal that was a three topping pizza and I ordered extra cheese, three cheese blend, and Parmesan Romano. This cheese arrived and it’s literally just like a single cheese pizza and it doesn’t even taste that good. Wow quality has just gone down hill while prices go up, like everywhere these days, lol. I called and the evening manager, Chris was just absolutely rude, kept talking over me, kept being defensive, and once I told him that he had horrible customer service, he hung up. This was the second chance we gave them. The other night, we ordered a pizza and the online app had a different price than the special… So when we picked it up, the kid at the counter just replied, with “Oh, I never order online.” And that was it. It’s really sad how customer service has just gone downhill over the years. Heck, I worked at fast food when I was a kid, and we were taught right. So, no third try here. Yuck all around. Just get Papa Murphy’s and put in the work to bake it. Way better ingredients and quality.
Have been going here for the past five years. It is without a doubt my favorite place for pizza. Workers are very friendly. My only concern is that they don't deliver farther north to Smokey Point.
Got my wings and 1 pizza. They forgot 2 pizzas. The driver said they tried to confirm and they said it was right. When it was not. Box clearly says 1 of 4 and 2 of 4. They clearly don't know how to read or pay attention.
Food was edible, completely wrong pizza. Ordered jalapeno pepperoni spinach pizza. Received burnt all jalapeno no cheese no pepperoni. Pretty disappointedFood: 3/5
Website is absolutely awful, they don't accept certain cards so you have to call and place the order, so you don't get to use your reward points. Seems kind of weird if you ask me.
Pizza tasted like they need to clean the oven or Something, not impressed. Additionally if I wanted door dash to deliver my food I would have ordered from door dash. I would not suggest ordering from here.
I had ordered 2 New York Pizza, came home and we all took a bite. The crust was dark brown and they both had a burnt taste. I called the store and let them know we weren't satisfied because they treated burnt. . They just told me, it could be because of the crust. They didn't offer their guarantee of a great pizza, especially the price I paid. Not only that my pizza was sitting on their counter getting cold instead of being in a warmer. So it was cold when I got home.. Customer service got the 2 stars
Fast professional friendly great all-around service. THE NORTH MARYSVILLE BRANCH ..salute to you all. I will be back and I do really recommend. Vegetarian options: Great veggie pizza option .
