First time using Kingsway Car wash. Amazing service by the owner. Very first time using tri-foam. It is a new new world. A lot cleaner than regular car wash. Highly recommend to use it. Willing to use this facility at all time. Definitely coming back 100% for sure

Kingsway Car Wash is such a great place to get a car wash! With 11 bays for handheld car washing and 2 touchless car washes, I've never had an issue with waiting long for a spot. I'm usually really picky about my car washes and Kingsway has everything I need. Powerful pressure, hot water, lots of soap, lots of cleaning options, and don't forget the tri-colour foam. The price is really affordable and the wands are easy to use. New owners work really hard and were always present if I needed help. Used to have to drive far south to wash my car but will only have to drive a couple minutes to go to the best carwash in Edmonton.

Used to drive through car wash . Didn't do a complete job Left part of my truck dirty. Call them up to mention it taught maybe some of the Jets were clogged or something they told me they take care of it came back a month later as I hadn't been using my truck and it was in underground parking so they did not help me in any way. Bad customer service wash the truck again as I had to go through the drive-thru that was cars behind me when finished I was able to write my name in the dust on my truck straight out of the car wash car park super slippy too no salt down slipped and fell doesn't do a good job customer service is not great Will never return again. It was great. Stalls were clean. Nice and wide. All the chemicals were strong and and plenty comes out. The attendant was very nice. Recommend this place. They let you dry your car inside when it is not busy. Try this place.

Not having to deal with another human drive through car wash is awesome- just drive up and pay at a machine. This is the touchless car wash option. - deluxe wash is $16 - I feel that a few more minutes of the cycles would be better overall bc my car wasn’t super clean after, but looked better than when I arrived. : Car wasn’t dry completely add more time with the dry method pls

Tried this car wash for the first, and sadly, the last time. Went through the touchless wash bay, and it did not do the job. Had to go to another retailer to actually wash my vehicle completely. Such a shame for the amount of money paid. $16 for a half washed car? Yeah, no. I won't be returning.

Poor customer service! Went to ask for info about car detailing, staff was expedite and maintain me at the door, directing at the website to get information. The reason i visited me was to see if i can get it done at their earliest convenience, he made me feel that i cannot make it done there for next few weeks as they were fully booked! I don’t say he was wrong, but the way he was giving me all that info was not professional and way far from all principles of a good customer service!

I could wash my car better at the coin wash than at the touchless wash because I can work on the details. I just needed better signage to find the type of coin I could use and the office where I can get loonies because I could not get loonies at the convenience store or the change machine. At the convenience store I was told to go to some office that I couldn't find.

This car wash is a little out of the way for me, however as I managed to run up the bill on my credit card because I failed to press the red button to stop the charges months ago, my fault. I spoke with the person operating the wash at the time, he gave me a gift card to compensate. That was actually nice of him. I used the wash again today, as you can see by the pictures, the place was empty. No surprise as it is minus 24. Many car washes were closed due to the weather. I didn't use the brush as I do at my regular car wash, I was pleased with the result. My car was just as clean. I like all the car wash options but if I was to use them all, it would be very pricey, in which case you may as well use their drive through wash. The total cost for 4 min 51 seconds was $6.00. I wanted to know how much was left on my gift card, the person operating the wash was helpful and polite. If you do use the brush, soap up your car and press stop and restart when ready to rinse. Saves $.
