Kent Building Supplies

We have gone here many times for supplies for our home. We got some wood for adjustments on our fence at home. During iur most recent visit I had a lady come up to myself and ask why I was taking pictures. I explained my purpose and she was extremely pleasant about it. The reason behind telling that story is that good help is not hard to find at Kent. There always someone keeping an eye out for ways to help you and ensuring that you are pleased with your visit! The store tends to have fewer supplies than what I thought it would once the renos took place but I am sure over time things will start to expand!

We've done a lot of home renovations and have always found the staff helpful and service efficient.

Their prices aren't bad but I find shipping here to be a chore, and a bit of an exercise in patients. They insist on having everyone drive around back to pick merchandise up, but when you do, it's crowded and understaffed.

Had very bad customer service experiences in the paint department (3 separate visits). All other staff seemed good, but no longer shop here for this reason.
