The last several times I've gone here for groceries, I left without 30 or 40% or more of my shopping list due to bare shelves. And I'm talking basic stuff like pasta, rice, vinegar, cheese and other dairy products. I'm not sure if it's a staff shortage thing but the shelf restocking needs to be improved.
Was a great service - I used them for installing new tires and my car is running so smooth now, I was very surprised. Idk why theres only one review here and a negative one at that so I decided to leave my two cents here. Yes they're cheap but they did a great job and I'll definitely go there again =
I waited an hour with my girlfriend, being told to wait to purchase a laptop, only to be told that they misplaced the stock! It would've been appreciated if they had offered a discount on another product or even being told when that laptop would be in stock! I'm not blaming the friendly sales associate who tried to help us, but the experience left us both very annoyed with the store in general
Went in to buy a stainless steel pot and headlights for my car. Limited selection of pots, so no luck there. Proceeded to automotive, found my lights. They are on a locked peg so I needed assistance. Couldn't find anyone in the section but two associates came walking by, so I asked for assistance. One of them said that she would go find a key and be right back. After that she walked over five isles and proceeded to talk to her co-workers for ten minutes. At this point I left and went to Canadian Tire where they were more than happy to take my money!
Was having a problem with my phone.i met the most patient customer service rep her name is Sam she knows her stuff and was able to help me figure out koodo. Thank you for your time.
Never thought I would do this, but I just had a wonderful experience with the New Minas Walmart. The customer service person was delightful...and super at her position, the woman from the electronic department was very helpful and conscientious, and the young man who found the item I was seeking was also very positive and helpful. Thanks to all three for preventing me from having to make an additional trip for this freezer. You guys rock!
Lots of empty shelves!! Sometimes they offer good products for limited time and take them away.
The majority of my experiences with Walmart are good. I’ve done the online ordering and pick up a few times and today is my onlyso far negative experience with that. I called when I got to a spot and waited. Another car pulled up and they ended up getting my order. The worker once called apologized and took my number incase the person who took my order called back in a timely manner. This mistake resulted in me canceling my order as I was unable to pick up today once my order made it back to Walmart. I do understand that mistakes happen and I’m not mad by any means just annoyed and frustrated and had to rush around trying to figure something else out for supper while hoping the cancellation goes through and I get my money back by tomorrow. The worker also felt horrible about the mistake and was single staffed at the pick up department on a busy day. Update: was not reimbursed yet. And after calling a second time today there was still no news. Finally spoke to the pick up manager and he was not aware because no one informed him about any of this. He took my order number and I am hoping to get reimbursed at some point. ‍ Gets more frustrating by the day it seems.
Superstore has some good staff and great PC products.
I started shopping here because of the lower prices on groceries compared to other places however, the price has slowly climbed up and they now offer very little bargains. The store aisles are usually crowded with people stocking the shelves. They dont move, just park their cart and take up the aisle. The line is always long unless you use the self checkout. The staff are not friendly. I am a fan of the mobile pick up! If you use the app to notify them you are on you're way it can be quite prompt on arrival!
