I bought a livingroom suite, a very pricey kitchen island, and some appliances. Bad mistake. Though no issues with the items themselves, it is Jordan's that botched everything they could. The delivery of appliances to my rural cottage was a nightmare. I had to schedule my day to meet them at the property as arranged but they were a no-show, not even a message to say they weren't coming. They did this to me twice. In the end it was weeks before the delivery arrived. During this fiasco, I also purchased a taupe recliner to come to my house. What showed up was a blue polka dot mess- I told them that was not the one I bought, they insisted it was. Got them to take it back & reschedule delivery. A couple of weeks later their truck pulls in once more, and again, they unload the same polka dot chair. I damn near lost it! In the end, the sales ladies elderly husband loaded it in his hatchback & brought it out because their delivery department is so useless. A customer should not have to fight tooth & nail just for basic service. The amount of frustration & stress brought on by dealing with Jordan's assures me I will never go back.

Can't recommend Jordans more, Stephanie was so knowledgeable and kind we did not feel rushed to make our selections and they have an amazing selection.

This is not a slight against the Canadel furniture I purchased which is, as expected, of great quality. The customer service at Jordan's Home Furnishings, however, is abysmal. I was given wrong information regarding a critical feature of the piece I was purchasing. Needless to say, when the piece arrived, I was beyond disappointed and frustrated. With another piece of furniture still to arrive in the coming weeks, I asked that my dissatisfaction, specifically due to a sales associate's 'lie', be compensated in some form. I was advised in a voice message left by Manager Angela that, because the piece still to arrive was "ordered as per the paperwork", it cannot be discounted. Actually, Angela, my initial order was placed "as per the misinformation" provided by your sales assoc., Samantha. I have 3 rooms still to furnish and I will NEVER set foot in this store again. It is not difficult to ensure customer satisfaction. Jordan's is a monumental failure.

Incredibly poor experience . We bought a dining room set and chairs - Canadel - and thought we were buying quality as we paid much more than entry level. From day one this set marked almost when you looked at it and the finish was of very poor quality. Long story short we reported this to Jordan's within a few months of buying the set and were given the run around. Finally after persisting with our complaint over a few years they sent somebody out to look at the set and we were told very quickly this was our fault. We are 2 adults in our house - this set got very light use. We will never deal with Jordan's again - after the sale - they want nothing to do with you. Buyer beware.

Marian was great! She helped us select the finishes we wanted for the bed we picked, wasn't too pushy and gave us space when we wanted it. What she didn't know she was able to find the answer on with the assistance of a friendly colleague who also helped her find missing fabric samples. If you are looking for furniture, go see Marian and the team at Jordan's!

Well it started with good service and went down from there. The appliance received was dented, door misaligned and not functioning. Called to get replacement. Had to send pictures. They were going to contact manufacturer. We were still out an appliance. I called a week later to inquire and was told in not so many words nothing had been done. Told them I need the appliance. They said they had one on stock but then I had to wait until the following week to receive it. The salesman was great the delivery guys fantastic. The actual business not so good. Will I shop there again, no. Do they really care, no. That is all !!

A Jordans delivery truck saved a little dog that got away from my Uncle today in the thunderstorm. They didn't just stop and help him, but the didn't give up til they found his owner. Great job!!! Obviously good people work here.

A fantastic shopping experience. Went in looking for a bed Saturday afternoon. Bella was a fantastic sales person making sure we new everything we needed. Bella and the manager stayed an hour late on Saturday to make sure we were happy with what we got.

Very knowledgeable sales staff about furniture quality. Special order came before expected date. Very professional courteous delivery. Products came exactly as ordered. Beautiful experience! Definitely recommend!

We got really great service. The sales rep was so helpful finding us exactly what we were looking for. Many items can be custom made so ask questions. We bought an item which we ordered in our own custom colors and materials Worth the wait.
