EB Games

I've been a loyal customer at this location for years and know all the staff by now. They are very friendly and enthusiastic and you can even talk about all games and hardware of all types as if they were your friends. The people here are gamers at heart just like us. Don't listen to anyone telling you that the people here aren't helpful or they don't do what they say they will do. Their human and do the very best they can and the newer employees may need some time to get the hang of things just like anyone else. If someone is telling you this location and its people aren't helpful or friendly or even doing their job. Most likely that person tried to rip them off and got called on it before getting kicked out. I've seen it happen several times, the people here aren't stupid so don't try to rip them off. They're gamers just like us.

Store has a very wide range/variety of merchandise and games... Staff are very nice, understanding, and never fail to provide superb service!

Very disappointed in the fact that we went in and asked for a split screen racing game for ps4, and told to buy driveclub. Showed us game play and everything but was not knowledgeable about it the game they recommended. Meanless to say it was not splitscreen

I have to say that I am angry with this location's practices today. They say they would do one thing, and then turn around and do something completely different. Don't trust anything that comes out of their mouths and do yourself a favor and hit up amazon or something similar. At least what is advertised is what you get, and you are not going to get your time wasted and pissed off because they decided to do something different other than advertised. Don't waste your time with this location, and drive a bit farther to another if you have to deal with an EB Games. Maybe another location will actually do what they say they are going to do.
