This Global Pet Foods location is an absolute gem in the valley. The staff members consistently go above and beyond in terms of how friendly, helpful and kind they are. It's rare to come across a team that is this great across the board. Moving here last spring, I was worried we wouldn't be able to access the same types of raw and natural products that our dogs need for their diets. This location has exceeded all expectations, I'm always grateful to have them in the area.

I love this store! It makes me feel like I am on an episode of "Cheers" "where everyone knows your name"! I walk in and it's always hellos and can I help you today.....and all the staff are friendly and helpful! And they don't mind when I share pics of my Border Collie boys....lol!! So recommend them!!

I have always had amazing customer service at this location, ALWAYS. Today I just wanted to give an extra acknowledgement to Autumn, who went above and beyond to provide thorough details of available product options over the phone. When I described what I was looking for and why, she gave all available options, extended options to order in larger quantity boxes if needed, suggested brands to read into, and suggested alternatives that I haven’t previously considered. She genuinely has the the health and best interest of her fur-clients in mind. Thank you Autumn! You’re awesome.

Friendly, knowledgeable friendly staff. Wide variety of food, treats,toys and so much more. Maggie loves shopping for her new toys, treats and well balanced dog food. She loves visiting the staff who treat her and all the four legged visitors like royalty.

Great pet store, with excellent customer service! Megan somehow always remembers my name and my pet’s names and is incredibly friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed, staff are always happy to take the time to help and/or discuss. Happy to support an excellent local business!

My beautiful puppy is seen below sadly ripped her nail off. It was a painful experience and luckily Global Pet Foods was very close by. They assured me that she would be fine and then gave me a wonderful product that would stop the bleeding disinfect the open wound and numb the pain. They put my mind at ease and we're super friendly to my puppy.

Great place to get everything you need for your dog. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and supplies they sell.

The best pet food store around owned by knowledgeable and lovely people! My little Havanese is a picky eater prone to ear infections so I talked with Jenna about what foods to try, the quantity of food she should be eating, and why a raw diet is beneficial. I left the store with a bunch of samples and now have a very happy and healthy dog on my hands...she licks the bowl clean and looks forward to mealtime. We have made this our permanent shopping spot for our little Sunny! I highly recommend you all visit as well!
